Amanda Bynes leaves Mr. Chow restaurant after dining with her mother and father in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old actress has been rumored to be part of the new movie The Post Grad Survival Guide also starring Alexis Bledel and Carol Burnett but this has not been confirmed.

Amanda will be playing Anna in an upcoming episode of Family Guy airing on FOX at May 4th.

Last week Amanda got her hair dyed brown.

Amanda Bynes leaves the Jessica Galvan Hair Studio in Beverly Hills with her dog where she got her hair dyed in on Thursday.

Amanda, 22, says she’s closely involved in the design of the clothes in her Steve & Barry’s Dear line.

She designs clothes, “I would like to wear it on a day-to-day basis.” Amanda said she’s glad that she can give high school and college-age girls a chance to wear her jackets but pay less than $20.

“When I was growing up, I always wanted the coolest jeans and the ‘in shirt.’ But my parents would always say to me, ‘We’re not going to buy the most expensive thing, because you’re growing.’ ”

Amanda Bynes leaves the Sherman Oaks Arclight Theaters in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sunday with her boyfriend Josh after checking out No Country For Old Men.

She also bundled up on Monday while walking her King Charles Spaniel in Wilacre Park, Calif. Speaking of her dog, just an hour before donning a strapless Marchesa gown at the SAG awards, she picked up little gifts from her furry friend!

Amanda said: “I’ve got a new puppy, so I’ve just been picking up all the poo and taking [it] out to the trash and flushing and cleaning. That’s definitely not glamorous, but I do it because I love him. I’ll do anything for him.”

Amanda Bynes joins forces with Ricki Lake at the outdoor sing-along screening of Hairspray hosted by Netflix at Sunrise Park on Friday in Palm Springs, Calif.

Lake, now 39, played the lead character Tracy Turnblad in the 1988 John Waters film. Nikki Blonsky plays Tracy in the 2007 Adam Shankman film.

Director Shankman and Hairspray star Elijah Kelley also attended the sing-along screening.

Nikki Blonsky nabbed a 2007 Golden Globe nomination for her performance in Hairspray. The film itself also was nominated for “Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy”.

Other nominees include: Across the Universe, Charlie Wilson’s War, Juno and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Congrats to Nikki, John Travolta, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, Amanda Bynes and Zac Efron on the nominations. Good luck on January 13th!

The 21-year-old former Hairspray hopper then stopped next door at Maxine’s but came out empty-handed.

Bynes spoke with USA Weekend recently and OK! at the opening of the new Burton store in West Hollywood yesterday. Here’s what she had to say:

On her future in winter sports: “I’ve actually only snowboarded once but I’ve skied seven times. I look forward to snowboarding in the future. It’s a cooler sport.”

On not making it out to the gym: “I try but not really. I try to walk instead of drive. Yoga if I can.”

On which directors she wants to work with: “I would love to work with Baz Luhrmann or Tim Burton. They’re so creative and artsy. Baz is exciting.”

On celebrating Christmas and Hannukah with her family: “We go to temple and church. (Since moving in with Bynes’ Jewish grandmother, they haven’t had a Christmas tree.) [In the past] when we got one… we called it a ‘Hanukkah bush,’ and I would decorate it.”
