Anne Hathaway is moving on!

After splitting from ex-boyfriend (and almost-convicted felon) Raffaello Follieri, the 25-year-old actress is has a new mystery man in her life.

“This guy I know in L.A. is kind of doing it for me right now,” she told People at the premiere of Rachel Getting Married at the London Film Festival on Monday night. “When I think of sexy, I think of him. You know when sometimes you don’t know someone very well – you’ll probably never see them again – but you just meet them and you’re like ‘WOW, you really have it going on’?”

But she claims she’s not getting serious just yet: “I’m totally single right now.” More Here! »

Anne Hathaway arrives in style wearing a strapless Zac Posen column gown while promoting her new film, Rachel Getting Married, on Tuesday evening at the London Film Festival.

The 25-year-old actress’s former boyfriend Raffaello Follieri is in even deeper trouble it seems. Follieri reportedly sent a judge a photo of himself and the Pope. These are the same photographs that he used in order to defraud investors by claiming he could buy Catholic church property for cheap! Follieri pleaded guilty last month to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering.

Anne Hathaway (in Marc Jacobs) is in good spirits at the 15th annual “Women In Hollywood Tribute” hosted by Elle Magazine at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress and Helena Bonham Carter has just joined the Tim Burton-directed film Alice in Wonderland, reports THR. (Carter is Burton’s longtime partner and have worked together on Sweeney Todd, Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Big Fish and Planet of the Apes.)

Hathaway is playing the White Queen, a benevolent monarch who is deposed and banished by her sister, the Red Queen (Carter), who has an affinity for crying out, “Off with their heads!”

The Disney movie also stars Mia Wasikowska as Alice and Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. Pretty neat cast, don’tcha think?

Anne Hathaway attends the after-party for her movie Rachel Getting Married hosted by the Cinema Society and Lancome at The Cooper Square Hotel in New York City on Thursday night.

The 25-year-old Princess Diaries actress will be hosting Saturday Night Live on Oct. 4th along with musical guest ‘The Killers’.

Additionally, Anne will be starring in Fox’s new The Opposite of Love where she plays a commitment-phobic lawyer who wrecks havoc with her life by rejecting her eager-to-marry boyfriend.

Anne Hathaway private life has played out in the tabloids like a serialized melodrama — The Princess Diaries gone horribly wrong. Entertainment Weekly has a great cover feature with 25-year-old actress–here’s a few snippets:

On keeping her life low-key: ”You know those girls that, like, go out? ‘I’m just not confident enough to do that. I’m not the sort of girl that will throw on a short skirt and tease her hair up. I feel uncomfortable with attention. Truly, I am a wallflower by nature… Obviously… this summer was a little different.”

Anne Hathaway crouches down and takes the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly.

The 25-year-old access is currently crashing on her parents’ couch just a few months after the arrest of her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, who pleaded guilty to wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy on September 10.

“She’s okay, but is staying at her parents’ (Kate and Gerard) New York apartment right now,” an insider tells In Touch.

Anne and Raff used to share a $37,500-a-month duplex apartment, which was raided and seized during the FBI’s investigation.

Last month, FBI agents in Los Angeles informed Anne Hathaway and her representatives that they were seeking to recover ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri’s assets, sources familiar with the negotiations told the NY Post.

As a result, Hathaway had to give up the jewelry given to her by Follieri as he finalized his plea deal with prosecutors,

Hathaway, 25, reportedly forked over two Rolex watches and a collection of rings, necklaces and bracelets.

Anne Hathaway is featured with some crazy crazy crazy hairstyles and dresses in the October 2008 issue of W Magazine. Here are some snippets:

On showing up for the W mag interview at all: “Right now I don’t have the wherewithal to be anything except professional. As soon as I found out about the arrest, I had to get on a plane to Mexico to do a press tour for Get Smart. And then I spent a week in shock at a friend’s house. And then I had to go back and do more press, and I haven’t stopped since. At different stages of my life, I’ve felt I’ve been two ages simultaneously. I’d be a professional working adult and also a typical 13-year-old. Right now I have the distinct feeling that I’m two ages again, and the older part of me that I relied on many times in the past in difficult moments, that’s the part that got me here today. That’s the part that says, ‘You do your job, you keep your head up.’”

On her time filming The Princess Diaries 2 at age 21: “I was not the most fun girl to be around. It was a very young moment for me. God love the patient, wonderful [director] Garry Marshall.” (Marshall adds, “She was great in the first picture, when she didn’t know much of anything, but in the second picture, she was an expert. That often happens. She wanted to play something different by then; she didn’t want to keep the tiara on. I remember at a junket,” he adds, laughing, “she was talking Nietzsche and Schopenhauer, and Disney was getting nervous, and I said, ‘Annie, why don’t you talk about your hair a little; we’ll talk Nietzsche later.’ But that’s why I love Annie! When you look in her eyes, somebody’s always home, which is rare.”
