Eva Longoria makes a Tony Parker-less appearance at the the wedding of her pal Roselyn Sanchez’s wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Saturday.

Sanchez, 35, stars on the CBS crime drama Without a Trace. She married actor Eric Winter, 32, in front of 250 guests.

Eva Longoria keeps busy at her trendy Hollywood restaurant Beso on Wednesday night.

The 33-year-old actress has reportedly decided to abstain from eating meat in a bid to lose weight and get healthy.

Eva, who studied to become a fitness trainer at college, says that an all-fish diet is really paying off, Contactmusic reports.

“I love it… It really has affected my body… It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I’ve never been a fan of chickens,” Eva said.

“The idea for the five-year jump on Desperate Housewives really came from the executive producers of Lost,” show creator and executive producer Marc Cherry. “I’m actually doing something unheard of in Hollywood. “I gained five pounds and it’s like a national scandal,” Eva told Access Hollywood at the Emmys, responding to rumors she might be pregnant.

Desperate Housewives co-star Felicity Huffman joked last week that Eva’s not pregnant, “she’s just fat.”

“Oh my god!” Felicity said at the Emmys. “I get in such trouble for that line!”

“I came to the reading the other day and she walked in the door and I went, ‘Are you mad at me? Are you mad at me?’ She’s [Longoria] like, ‘No, it’s funny,’”

Eva Longoria appears to have a possible baby bump at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2009 as she debuts M&M’s Premium chocolate candies in Bryant Park, New York City on Sunday.

Earlier last week, it was reported that Eva only drank non-alchoholic beverages and ate no sushi while out at a Japanese restaurant.
