Heather Locklear has checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona, reports People.

Says Heather’s rep, Cece Yorke, “Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”

Back in March, Heather’s doctor called 911, concerned that she was suicidal.

Ab-solute hunk Robert Buckley continues to shoot scenes in Hawaii on Tuesday with costar Heather Locklear for their upcoming romantic comedy, Flirting With 40.

The pair filmed by a private pool where Heather showed off her sexy 46-year-old body in a black one piece while Buckley showed off his hot bod in a board shorts.

Heather Locklear films Flirting with 40 in Hawaii on Wednesday and isn’t shy about showing off what she has.

The movie is about a woman (Heather) who goes on a vacation to Hawaii after a divorce. She takes surfing lessons and falls in love with the instructor, played by Robert Buckley.

Buckley, 26, also plays newcomer Kirby Atwood on NBC’s hit drama Lipstick Jungle.

Locklear, 46, has one daughter (Ava) with ex-husband Richie Sambora and has recently been romantically linked with Melrose Place alum Jack Wagner.

Locklear, 45, and Wagner, 47, were accompanied by their children from previous marriages — Heather’s 8-year-old daughter with Richie Sambora and Jack’s 12-year-old son Harrison with Kristina Crump.

The couple originally met on the set of the 1990’s soap Melrose Place and have recently rekindled their romance following divorces for both parties.

• Lindsay Lohan has checked into rehab following a weekend during she crashed her Mercedes, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and was photographed slumped in the passenger seat of a car. Lindsay’s lawyer reportedly drove her to Promises rehab facility, where she enrolled in a 30-day inpatient program. Photos in the Post and Daily News today show Lindsay, in a white tee and black leggings, on the grounds of the facility yesterday. This is her second rehab stint this year. “It’s so weird that I went to rehab,” Lindsay said in Allure magazine’s May issue. “I always said I would die before I went to rehab.” Meanwhile, her crash remains under investigation and a preliminary court date is scheduled for Aug. 24.
• Elisabeth Hasselbeck said on The View Tuesday that she and Rosie O’Donnell have “begun the progress” toward forgiveness. Hasselbeck said that she and Rosie “were in communication a lot” this weekend despite a claim on by Rosie on her blog that the two only briefly exchanged emails and would probably never speak again. Oopsy Dasiy! Heather Locklear was spotted shopping at Saks this Tuesday morning revealing a bit more than she intended in a sheer summer skirt.  Heather, 44, and funnyman David Spade, 42, have reportedly been dating since April and met through their mutual manager.

David is reportedly waiting for Heather to finalize her divorce rocker Richie Sambora before asking for her hand in marriage: "I’m so in love, it’s ridiculous. Never in my life did I think I’d be with someone so gorgeous and successful… She knows I’m going to ask. It’s all about timing."  Heather will join several other stars on Sunday at this year’s 58th annual Primetime Emmy Awards to pay tribute to the late producer Aaron Spelling.
