Uma Thurman is engaged to her Swiss multimillionaire boyfriend, Arpad “Arki” Busson!

“I can confirm she is engaged,” Stephen Huvane told NY Daily News and People.

After Uma’s three-year relationship with hotelier Andre Balazs, the couple started dating. They first met last summer after attending a private dinner together in Milan.

Arki has two sons with former supermodel Elle Macpherson, from whom he split in 2005. This will be the second marriage for Uma, who has two kids, Maya, 9,and Levon, 6, with ex Ethan Hawke, whom she divorced in 2003.

Ethan Hawke and his family celebrate Father’s Day with a casual stroll through New York City on Sunday.

The 37-year-old actor walked through the Big Apple with pregnant girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes and his two kids, daughter Maya Ray, 9 1/2, and Levon Roan, 6. This will be the first child together for Ethan and Ryan.

Maya and Levon’s mother is actress Uma Thurman.

Actress Uma Thurman, carrying a Louis Vuttion, stops to pose for photographers after filming her latest film Motherhood, in New York on Thursday.

Uma, 38, stars in Motherhood as a mother of two preparing for her daughter’s sixth birthday party. But has no idea of the challenges she’s about to face in order to pull off the event.

Off the film set, Uma is currently in court with French cosmetics giant Lancome over the use of her name and image in an advertising campaign. Lancome is suing the Kill Bill star to stop her from trying to sue them for $1 million.

Uma Thurman keeps it casual at the screening of her new movie, The Life Before Her Eyes, on Tuesday in New York City.

The drama thriller tells the story of teenage friends Diana and Maureen who are forced to make a painful choice when a gunman at their high school confronts them in the bathroom. Uma, who plays the older version of Diana, said she was instantly drawn to the story because she liked the script.

“I was so much reminded of how difficult and lonely it was to be a teenager and that experience,” she said. “At the same time the sort of shocking thing about random chaotic violence can do to our lives and I don’t know, it was very moving.”

Levon Roan, son of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman starts jumping and pointing as he spots photographers on the way home from school on Friday in New York.

On Thursday, Uma Thurman stopped by the Wings Worldquest 2008 Women of Discovery Awards Gala. Uma recently spoke about how she gets mistaken for other celebs all the time! “I used to get mistaken for Jodie Foster all the time and I was mistaken for Gwyneth Paltrow the other day. I let them know I’m not who they’ve mistaken me for. Usually, they’re really hoping that you’re that other person. Then they follow up by asking who you are and to list your film credits. You’ve got your groceries in your hand, or you’re sitting with a friend having dinner, and they ask: ‘What have you been in?’ I tell them to Google me and let me get back to my dinner.”

Kill Bill actress Uma Thurman gets the cover of Harper Bazaar’s January 2008 issue. She talks about life as an actress, ex-husbands, turning 40 (almost) and new relationships.

Below are some excerpts:

On life and turning 40: “‘Watch out, you might not have a career in your 20s’, so you scoot along and have some dark, down years. Suddenly, you get a career back and it’s ‘Watch out, in your 30s it’s going to be over.’ And God forbid you have a child. I remember telling an agent I was going to have a baby, and he said, ‘Oh, that’s great for you, but don’t even think about the business.’ Just so blatant! No one’s brought up the 40 thing with me lately, but I’m sure the prognosis is going to be doom and gloom. But no decade has been disastrous, and I’ve gotten away with murder anyway.”

On her numerous ex-husbands: “Look, my aim is true. I wish everybody no ill. I don’t really participate in any mudslinging or such. I like people to see their lives blossom and not go poorly for them.”

On being an actress:“You know, I think actresses are imagined to be these subjects of great vanity. Life is change; physicality changes. It’s transient, and that’s a beautiful and a painful thing. When I look into the mirror, I think, What have I really done? Not much, if you really want to know. What do I need to do to do more?”

On being blessed with one of the most extraordinary bodies in contemporary cinema:”You mean I slouch and I eat a lot?This is what happens when you quit smoking.”

Uma Thurman and Alicia Keys have a laugh during a press conference on Tuesday for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Concert at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Oslo, Norway.

The concert was designed to salute the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize laureates for their achievements and promote awareness of environmental issues and global warming.
