Here is what the 38-year-old Magic Mike XXL actor had to share with the mag:
On starting his relationship with fianceeSofia Vergara: “She had just gotten out of a relationship and I knew that she wanted to be single, but we knew right away, and she knew she was screwed. I said to her, ‘If you need to be single, go do it and do it now if that’s what you need to do,’ and she didn’t. She tried to stay away from actors and I tried to stay away from actresses as much as possible, because of the fear of being away from each other. What happened then was that we wound up in relationships with people who didn’t understand us.”
On why he won’t act with Sofia: “Her fear is that we’d make the next Gigli… I gave her [a] script and was like ‘Please read this. It’s such a good part for you and it’s amazing for me,’ and she said, ‘No, I’m not going to make Gigli,’ and kind of threw it on the ground.”
On doing a third Magic Mike: “All of us just loved hanging out. I would pay to go hang out with these guys for two months. I’d love to do it again.”

“I have decided to terminate my relationship with Macy’s because of the pressure being put on them by outside sources. While selling Trump ties and shirts at Macy’s is a small business in terms of dollar volume, my principles are far more important and therefore much more valuable. I have never been happy about the fact that the ties and shirts are made in China, and should I start a new product line somewhere in the future, I would insist that they are made in America,” Donald said in a statement (via NBC News).
“Clearly, NBC and Macy’s support illegal immigration, which is totally detrimental to the fabric of our once great country. Both Macy’s and NBC totally caved at the first sight of potential difficulty with special interest groups who are nothing more than professional agitators, who are not looking out for the people they purport to represent, but only for themselves. It is people like this that are actually running our country because our leaders are weak and ineffective,” Donald concluded.
“What do you do? You’re not an engineer. You’re not a designer. You can’t put a hammer to a nail. I built the circuit board. The graphical interface was stolen. So how come, 10 times in a day, I read Steve Jobs is a genius. What do you do?” Seth Rogen’s Steve Wozniak asks Steve Jobs in the trailer. “Musicians play their instruments. I play the orchestra,” Jobs answers.
In the issue, the 22-year-old entertainer pays homage to designer Simon Porte Jacquemus. Here’s what she had to share:
On her relationship with the designer: “Although we still have not met in person, my connection and relationship with Simon is real. I think we are an example of a new generation that is united through technology. Being ’90s babies, maybe it’s just our inner pen-palling. I am looking forward to knowing him in his physical form. But for now, I love my dear virtual friend and am thankful for the innovators like him who bring tech to a level where oceans and land can’t divide us.”
On what drew her to the designer: “Simon’s Instagram, on which we met, is a clear reflection of his collections, which are ultra-modern and abstract while still telling a relatable story.”
