Performers include Usher, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, B.o.B and Florence + The Machine. EW is reporting that Ke$ha will also be performing!!!!! But no confirmation from MTV yet.

Chelsea Handler will host the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on September 12th!
“If there’s one awards show that I should be hosting, it’s probably this one,” Chelsea said. “My personality probably wouldn’t gel with the Emmys or the Golden Globes.”
In anticipation of the awards show, the 35-year-old comedian will host a week of VMA-themed episodes on her late night talk show Chelsea Lately.
Justin Bieber, a frequent guest on Chelsea‘s show, will be performing at the awards show, while Ke$ha and Twilight actress Ashley Greene have been confirmed to present!

MTV announced today that the 16-year-old pop sensation will hit the stage along with previously announced performers Kanye West and Drake.
Ke$ha, who’s nominated for four Moonmen, will present at the ceremony, as will Twilight actress Ashley Greene.
It’s rumored that something Britney Spears-related will happen at the awards ceremony. Stay tuned!
