Jane Lynch remembers her late Glee co-star Cory Monteith during a special In Memoriam tribute at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

“This summer on Glee, we suffered a painful death in our family. Cory Monteith played Finn Hudson, a star quarterback turned wide-eyed heartfelt glee singer and from the first time you saw Cory, he had a star quality and a genuine sweetness that made it impossible not to fall in love with him,” Jane said to begin her speech.

Leslie Mann and her husband Judd Apatow pose for pictures on the red carpet at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

The 45-year-old producer and Leslie, 41, met up with funnyman Will Arnett on the red carpet as well.

“Getting ready for Emmy day ! Let’s do this!” Judd tweeted earlier in the day.

Judd‘s show Girls is nominated for numerous awards including Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Directing For A Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series, and a bunch more!

FYI: Leslie is wearing J Mendel with Irene Neuwirth jewels. Judd is wearing a John Varvatos tuxedo.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hit the red carpet at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

Both of the ladies were nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, Tina for her work on 30 Rock and Amy for her role on Parks and Recreation. They lost out to Veep‘s Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Tina did win another award though – Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for her 30 Rock episode “Last Lunch”!

FYI: Tina is wearing a custom Narciso Rodriguez dress, Roger Vivier shoes and clutch, and Fred Leighton jewels. Amy is wearing a Basler dress, a Jil Milan clutch, Stuart Weitzman heels, and Irene Neuwirth jewelry.

Connie Britton is majestic at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

During the show, the Nashville actress presented an award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, which was won by Anna Gunn for her work on Breaking Bad.

Connie also gave an Emmy to Henry Bromell‘s wife Sarah after he won Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series for his work on Homeland. Henry died earlier this year from a heart attack.

Matt LeBlanc hits the red carpet with his girlfriend Andrea Anders at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old actor was nominated that evening for his work on Episodes in the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Unfortunately, Matt lost out to Jim Parsons for his work on The Big Bang Theory.

“In the beginning it was weird, but now I think of him as a scripted character who has the same name and profession as me,” Matt recently told Parade about playing himself on Episodes.

Eric Stonestreet and Ed O’Neill suit up while attending the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

The guys were both nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for their work on the hit show Modern Family, but they lost out to Veep‘s Tony Hale.

Also spotted on the red carpet were Modern Family‘s young stars Rico Rodriguez and Nolan Gould, who was sporting a broken hand.
