Ethan Hawke wraps his arms around Ellar Coltrane on the red carpet while attending the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday evening (December 1) in New York City.

The 44-year-old actor and Ellar, 20, were joined by their Boyhood co-star Patricia Arquette and her artist boyfriend Eric White, producer John Sloss, and director Richard Linklater at the ceremony where they took home the Gotham Independent Film Audience Award.

That same day, Ethan and his cast mates attended a special New York luncheon for Boyhood at the Lotos Club to celebrate their win at the 2014 New York Film Critics Circle Awards.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw is white hot while attending the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards held at Cipriani, Wall Street on Monday (December 1) in New York City.

The 31-year-old British actress was joined on the red carpet by Marisa Tomei, Famke Janssen, and Rene Russo, who brought her husband Dan Gilroy.

Gugu was nominated for Best Actress for her work in Beyond the Lights, with the award going home to Julianne Moore.

Not only is Gugu being recognized for her work in Beyond the Lights, she is also being nominated for Best Actress in Belle at the 2014 Satellite Awards, which will be announced in February.

Miles Teller shows off a bit of scruff while attending the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday (December 1) in New York City.

The 27-year-old Insurgent actor was joined by Oscar Isaac at the show that day – the two presented an award on stage together.

Miles and Oscar were both there as a Best Actor nominees for their roles in Whiplash and A Most Violent Year, respectively, but lost out to Michael Keaton (pictured below) who won for his work in Birdman.

Scarlett Johansson chats in a group with her new husband Romain Dauriac and Julianne Moore at the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday evening (December 1) in New York City.

The 30-year-old actress, who hit the red carpet solo earlier in the evening, was introducing Romain, 32, as “her husband” all evening as she showed him off, Us Weekly reports. Too cute!

Romain and Scarlett secretly married back in October after the birth of their daughter Rose Dorothy.

The 15-year-old actress was nominated for Breakthrough Actor for her role in Wish I Was Here, but ultimately lost out to Dear White People actress Tessa Thompson.

Jon Hamm is dressed to the nines while attending the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards with his partner Jennifer Westfeldt held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday evening (December 1) in New York City.

The couple was joined at the Uma Thurman-hosted ceremony by Steve Carell, Meryl Streep, and Jenny Slate.

At the ceremony, Steve accepted the Gotham Jury Award on behalf of the cast of his new film Foxcatcher.

“Preparing like that is probably a good way to jinx yourself. An ensemble, a sports team, an orchestra, it’s a sum of the parts, and it is a matter of being selfless and being generous. Channing [Tatum] and Mark [Ruffalo] are incredibly generous actors, and we all just wanted to make each other as good as we can be, and I think it paid off. They’re great guys, and there was a real bond between the three of us,” Steve shared after accepting the award.
