'Game of Thrones' Wins Outstanding Drama Series at Emmys 2015

Game of Thrones just won the Outstanding Drama Series award at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The hit HBO drama had some stiff competition this year including Better Call Saul, Downton Abbey, Homeland, House of Cards, Mad Men, and Orange Is the New Black.

'Veep' Dethrones 'Modern Family' for Comedy Series Emmys Win

Veep has seemingly done the impossible and it has dethroned Modern Family as the winner of the Outstanding Comedy Series category at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The HBO series, starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, has been nominated three times in the past and finally picked up a win for its fourth season.

Modern Family has been the victor in the category for the last five years. The other nominees were Louie, Parks and Recreation, Silicon Valley, Transparent, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

Julia and actor Tony Hale also picked up awards for the series tonight!

Emmys 2015 - Complete Winners List!

It was a great night celebrating the best in television over the last year at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

Some of the big winners throughout the night were the shows Veep, Game of Thrones, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and the limited series Olive Kitteridge.

Uzo Aduba made history by becoming just the second person to win an award in both the comedy and drama categories for the same role after her second consecutive win for Orange Is the New Black.

Some other highlights included Julia Louis-Dreyfus‘ fourth consecutive win for Veep and Allison Janney winning her seventh career Emmy.

Uzo Aduba Wins Best Supporting Actress in a Drama at Emmys 2015!

Uzo Aduba breaks down into tears while accepting her award at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old actress won the Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series award for her work on Orange is the New Black, her second for her work on the show.

Andy Samberg Gave Out Free HBO Access at Emmys 2015!

Andy Samberg actually gave everyone free HBO access while hosting the show at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actor, who recently starred in the HBO movie 7 Days in Hell, gave out a username and password for HBO Now that actually worked!

“Luckily for you, the CEO of HBO recently said he doesn’t think password sharing for their streaming services is a problem,” Andy said. “So here’s my HBO Now login!”

The username is [email protected] and the password is password1. While some people have reported the account as working, it appears access may have already been shut off!

Allison Janney, Frances McDormand, & Richard Jenkins All Win at Emmy Awards 2015

Allison Janney stuns as she arrives at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The 55-year-old Mom actress was joined on the carpet by Olive Kitteridge stars Frances McDormand and Richard Jenkins.

All three took home awards! Allison won for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, while Richard won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie and Frances for Outstanding Lead Actress.

The miniseries picked up six accolades!

FYI: Allison is wearing a La Bourjoisie gown, Christian Louboutin shoes, a Devi Kroell clutch, and Ippolita jewelry.

Andy Samberg Shows 'Emmys Can Kill' - Watch Now!

Host Andy Samberg has been keeping the crowd laughing at the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

Between awards, Andy expressed how he wished everyone could win an Emmy so that no one would go home empty handed.

In a musical parody video inspired by the Mad Men series finale, Andy did just that! Instead of the iconic “I’d Like To Buy The World A Coke” ad, Andy sang that he’d like to give the world an Emmy.

Unfortunately things go a little awry when he tries to give one to Parks and Recreation‘s Jim O’Heir and he quickly realizes just how dangerous Emmys can be!
