There were hundreds of celebrities on the red carpet at the 2017 Met Gala to show off amazing style on the biggest night of the year in the fashion world!

Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour organized the evening and had celeb co-chairs Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, Gisele Bundchen, and Tom Brady by her side to greet all of the guests at the top of the famous Metropolitan Museum of Art stairs.

The event on Monday (May 1) in New York City marked the red carpet debuts of hot new couples like Selena Gomez and The Weeknd and Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.

Once inside the gala, where there is a strict no cell phone policy (which was broken by nearly all the celebs, including Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner), Katy performed a bunch of her hits and was joined on stage by Migos for their current single “Bon Appetit.”

Rita Ora kept it red hot while making her way out 1OAK night club after attending Rihanna‘s 2017 Met Gala After Party on Monday evening (May 1) in New York City.

The 26-year-old singer was joined by hit-making producer Dipo, who she was spotted holding hands with while catching their ride to the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel.

Lewis Hamilton was also in attendance at the after party.

At the main event, Rita rocked a Marchesa custom Couture draped satin faced organza wide bias cut ribbon gown in scarlet red.

Kerry Washington keeps it chic and sophisticated while making her way inside the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel for the 2017 Met Gala After Party hosted by Katy Perry held on Monday (May 1) in New York City.

The 40-year-old Scandal star was joined at the big bash Kate Bosworth and her hubby Michael Polish, Emily Ratajkowski, Brie Larson and her handsome fiance Alex Greenwald, and Alexa Chung.

Kerry, Kate, Emily and Brie all switched into more comfortable looks from the main event.

Kate Hudson stepped out for the 2017 Met Gala After Parties and rocked not one, but two fierce looks!

The 38-year-old actress kept her icy white blonde hair from the main event intact but opted for a fiery red fringe dress to attend the official Met Gala after party at the Boom Boom Room in the Standard Hotel.

Kate then slipped into a salmon color dress to make her way to Rihanna‘s Met Gala after party held at 1OAK night club.

Celine Dion made her big debut at the 2017 Met Gala last night in New York City, and along with looking amazing, her video booth video was just released and you’re going to be playing it on repeat all day!

The 49-year-old legendary singer got in the video and it appears as if she had a ton of fun goofing around. She used her heel as a phone, and was also crawling around the floor at one point.

Felicity Jones kept a smile on her face as she made her way inside the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel for the 2017 Met Gala After Party on Monday evening (May 1) in New York City.

The 33-year-old Rogue One: A Star Wars Story star was joined at the big bash by Ruth Negga and her boyfriend Dominic Cooper, Jessica Chastain, Janelle Monae, Ruby Rose and Amber Valletta.

Felicity, Ruth and Jessica switched into all black ensembles for the official after party.

At the main event, Felicity wore a pastel blue ERDEM floral fil-coupé gown, Ruth wore a Valentino gown, and Jessica wore a Prada dress.

Sarah Paulson had the best reaction to seeing Madonna at the 2017 Met Gala – and it was all photographed perfectly!

The 42-year-old actress looked totally shocked when Madonna, 58, was posing for photos. They then met and Sarah helped Madonna with her Moschino dress!
