Jane Fonda looks amazing on the red carpet at the premiere of her film Our Souls at Night during the 2017 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 1) at Sala Grande in Venice, Italy.

The 79-year-old actress was joined by another legendary actor at the event – her co-star Robert Redford.

Jane accepted the Golden Lion Lifetime Achievement Award at the event!

Julianne Moore holds her hair from being blown by the wind while walking the red carpet at the 2017 Venice Film Festival on Friday night (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

The Oscar-winning actress and her Kingsman: The Golden Circle co-star Colin Firth (with wife Livia) were at the Franca Sozzani Award ceremony that evening.

Julianne and other stars like fashion designer Donatella Versace and models Karolina Kurkova and Isabeli Fontana battled the wind and rain on the red carpet.

Jane Fonda and Robert Redford are simply the cutest – and with reason, they’ve had plenty of opportunities to get well acquainted with each other in more ways than one.

Their new Netflix film called Our Souls at Night marks Jane and Robert‘s fifth film together after Tall Story, The Chase, The Electric Horseman, and Barefoot in the Park.

While attending a photo call for Our Souls at Night at the 2017 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 1), Jane joked that she “lives for sex scenes with him,” and spoke candidly of her enduring love and admiration for Robert.

“In ‘Barefoot‘ I couldn’t keep my hands off of him. I realize they’re totally different films, but the dynamic between my character and his character in ‘Our Souls at Night‘ was somewhat similar to ‘Barefoot in the Park,’” Jane said (via Variety). “In ‘Barefoot in the Park,’ we played that young love, just like now we play old people’s love and old people’s sex. I’m not only love him and admire him as an actor, a director, and a producer, but this is a man who has had a profound effect on American cinema and I wanted to spend time with him, and see what he has become. Plus I wanted to be able to fall in love with him again.”

Chloe Sevigny strikes a fierce pose on the red carpet while attending the premiere of her latest film Lean On Pete held during the 2017 Venice Film Festival at Sala Grande on Monday (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

The 42-year-old actress was joined at the premiere by her co-star Charlie Plummer, producer Tristan Goligher and director Andrew Haigh, who all also accompanied her at the photo call earlier that same day.

The day before, Chloe joined her director pal Celia Rowlson-Hall at the premiere of Miu Miu Women’s Tales No. 14 held at the Giornate degli Autori. Chloe directed Miu Miu Tales No. 13, called “Carmen.”

Julianne Moore is all smiles as she poses alongside her Suburbicon director George Clooney while making their way out of Hotel Excelsior during the 2017 Venice Film Festival on Friday morning (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

The 56-year-old entertainer and Julianne, also 56, were followed closely behind by Suburbicon co-star Matt Damon, who recently opened up about his longtime friendship with George.

“Sure, he’s changed. He’s evolved, but he’s the same in a lot of critical ways. In all the important ways, he’s the same; he’s got a huge heart, he’s incredibly loyal, and he’s really, really smart,” Matt told THR. “He’s changed his career, in a way. When I met him, he was just coming off ER; he was known as this massive TV star. People didn’t understand how talented he was; they just thought he was this really handsome, matinee-idol TV star.”

“Now the perception of George is as big a movie star as you can get, an A-list director, an Oscar-winning producer. He’s somebody whose opinion I really value,” Matt added. “If I’m working on a script, I’m sending it to him for notes; if I’m doing a movie I’m showing him a cut and asking for suggestions. In baseball, they would call it a five-tool athlete – just somebody who can do everything. He’s an easy guy to hate, I guess!”

The 34-year-old actress was joined at the event by her director husband Michael Polish, as well as Kiernan Shipka, Alycia Debnam Carey, Zosia Mamet, Hailey Gates, Tavi Gevinson, Rowan Blanchard and Laura Harrier.

Directed by Celia Rowlson-Hall, Miu Miu Women’s Tales No. 14 embodies commercialim, fear, and escapism with elements of 1930′s musical and notions of the 1960′s cold war era set in a Las Vegas nuclear bunker – Watch the film in full below!

Izabel Goulart and Isabeli Fontana hit the red carpet in matching outfits at the 2017 Venice Film Festival premiere of The Shape of Water on Thursday (August 31) in Venice, Italy.

While Izabel wore a sweater with the correct day of the week, Isabeli wore a matching one with Tuesday written on it.

“Feeling like a pinup . Did you like my casual red carpet ? 😂,” Isabeli captioned a photo on Instagram.
