Chris Hemsworth and Matt Damon couldn’t be happier to see each other while attending the Amazon Studios Party held after the 2018 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys are best friends in real life and Matt even makes a cameo appearance in Chris‘ new movie Thor Ragnarok. They met up with the film’s director Taika Waititi and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos at the party.

Matt wasn’t at the awards show, but he got dressed up to attend the parties that night!

Chris presented during the show with his The Huntsman: Winter’s War co-star Jessica Chastain.

Barbra Streisand is continuing to speak out about the lack of female representation in the Best Director category at the Golden Globes.

The industry icon posted a series of tweets following her appearance at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards to give a shout-out to some specific directors she would have liked to see nominated at the event.

“Here’s a terrible fact�” There has not been a single woman who has won the Golden Globe for Best Director since I was fortunate enough to win it for Yentl in 1984…that’s 34 years ago! Not right!,” she wrote.

“In my humble opinion, I was very disappointed that director Dee Rees and her powerful film @mudboundmovie wasn’t even nominated. I also would have liked to see director @PattyJenks and her film @WonderWomanFilm recognized because it shows how strong women can be, not only as characters but also at the box office. The three highest-grossing films last year were all carried by women.”

Nick Robinson and Harris Dickinson hit the red at the InStyle and Warner Bros. Party held after the 2018 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys both are rising stars who lead two coming of age stories about young gay men – Nick in the upcoming Love, Simon and Harris in last year’s critically acclaimed Beach Rats.

Harris received a Spirit Award nomination for his work in the indie film!

The 25-year-old Stranger Things actor and the 24-year-old Independence Day: Resurgence actress hit the black carpet at the event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Maika looked stunning in a sheer beaded black dress with cut-out sleeves and gold details.

They were joined by Joe‘s Stranger Things co-stars Natalia Dyer and Dacre Montgomery.

The 44-year-old Underworld: Blood Wars actress and the 26-year-old model joined forces at the event held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Kate rocked a plunging black gown with sequin sleeves, and Emily wore a sleeveless black velour dress with stunning red eye makeup.

They were joined by Ali Larter, Rebecca Gayheart, Kathryn Hahn, and Bellamy Young.

There was someone special who Greta Gerwig forgot to thank at the 2018 Golden Globes – her longtime boyfriend, director Noah Baumbach!

The 34-year-old actress and filmmaker accepted the award for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her movie Lady Bird at the event on Sunday (January 7) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Greta thanked “the goddesses Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf,” as well as the people of Sacramento, but when she got back to her seat she reportedly realized she forgot to thank her man!

“I blanked! I blanked so hard! I’m so sorry!” Greta said while giving Noah a hug, according to Los Angeles Times reporter Amy Kaufman‘s tweet from inside the event.

We hope to see Greta giving many more speeches in the months and years to come, so she’ll hopefully have many more opportunities to thank Noah in the future!
