Jason Clarke and Amy Seimetz happily hit the red carpet together while attending the world premiere closing night screening of their film Pet Sematary held at the 2019 SXSW Film Festival on Saturday (March 16) in Austin, Texas.

The duo were joined at the event by their co-stars Alyssa Brooke Levine, Hugo and Lucas Lavoie, Jeté Laurence, as well as writer Jeff Buhler, producer Mark Vahradian and Lorenzo di Bonaventura, and directors Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer.

“The scariest scene in the film was at 4 a.m., in a real cemetery, digging up my daughter who is nine feet under,” Jason said of the scariest scene he filmed. More than six; it was quite deep, that hole. In the rain. It was horrible. Terrible.”

Pet Sematary hits theaters on Friday, April 5th!

Linda Cardellini walks the red carpet while attending the premiere of her new horror movie The Curse of La Llorona during the 2019 SXSW Festival on Friday (March 15) in Austin, Tex.

The Green Book actress was joined at the event by co-stars Raymond Cruz and Patricia Velasquez, as well as director Michael Chaves and producer James Wan.

The new film is from the same team behind The Conjuring universe.

Here is the movie’s synopsis: Ignoring the eerie warning of a troubled mother suspected of child endangerment, a social worker and her own small kids are soon drawn into a frightening supernatural realm. Their only hope to survive La Llorona’s deadly wrath may be a disillusioned priest and the mysticism he practices to keep evil at bay, on the fringes where fear and faith collide.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is sharing his new project Band Together With Logic!

The 38-year-old actor stepped out for the event as part of the 2019 SXSW Festival on Friday (March 15) at Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas.

The one-hour YouTube Originals Special documents how Joseph and rapper Logic created a song and music video by collaborating with people from all over the world.

“People ask me what it is we do on @HITRECORD, and how different contributions from all different people come together, through the internet, to make a collaborative piece of art. This show we did w/ @Logic301 explains it all,” Joseph wrote on his Twitter.

Elle Fanning and Max Minghella bring their film Teen Spirit to the 2019 SXSW Festival for a premiere held at the Paramount Theatre on Tuesday (March 12) in Austin, Tex.

If you don’t know, Elle starred in the film and Max wrote and directed the movie. Jamie Bell was also in attendance as he executive produced the movie.

Back in August, Elle and Max were actually romantically linked when they were seen flaunting some PDA on a night out in London, England. It’s unclear if they’re dating or just pals.

FYI: Elle is wearing a Miu Miu outfit and Sophia Webster shoes.

Elizabeth Banks and Aidy Bryant are opening up about their new series Shrill!

The 45-year-old executive producer and the 31-year-old actress stepped out for special Featured Session during the 2019 SXSW Festival on Monday (March 11) at Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

Elizabeth and Aidy discussed the upcoming Hulu series, based on Lindy West‘s book Shrill: Notes from a Loud Woman. The series follows an overweight young woman who seeks change in her life but not in her body.

“Elizabeth has legitimately changed my life,” Aidy expressed. “When I heard about (Shrill), I said ‘this a story I’ve always wanted to see on TV.’”

“I’m here for the revolution that is women making more content,” Elizabeth added. “I didn’t start it, but I’m a big champion of it.”

Ashleigh Cummings and Zachary Quinto are all smiles as the strike a pose at their SXSW 2019 special screening and panel for Nos4a2 held on Monday (March 11) in Austin, Texas.

The 26-year-old actress and Zachary, 41, were joined at the event by the writers of the upcoming AMC series Joe Hill and Jami O’Brien.

The supernatural horror series NOS4A2, based on Hill‘s bestselling novel of the same name, tells the story of Charlie Manx (Zachary), a seductive immortal who feeds off the souls of children then deposits what remains of them into Christmasland – an icy, twisted Christmas village of Manx’s imagination where every day is Christmas Day and unhappiness is against the law. Manx finds his whole world threatened when a young woman in New England discovers she has a dangerous gift.

Olivia Wilde is keeping busy at the 2019 SXSW Festival!

The 35-year-old actress and director looked super chic in a pale pink suit while stepping out for a Booksmart event on Monday (March 11) at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

She was joined by the film’s stars Kaitlyn Dever, Beanie Feldstein and Billie Lourd, as they chatted about the upcoming film.

“I just had a dream of making a film like the ones I loved and still love. In my teenage years, it was the generational anthems that kept me going…I thought, ‘We need one of those for this generation. I want to help with that conversation,’” Olivia said at the premiere the night before.
