Joe Biden is lighting up Twitter!

On Saturday evening (November 7), the 78-year-old President-Elect and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris gave victory speeches after winning the 2020 Election in Wilmington, Delaware.

First up, Kamala gave remarks, thanking the country for election them, before introducing Biden.

Biden then did a little jog up the ramp to the stage to unite with Kamala – and people absolutely went crazy for his jog!

Celebs quickly took to Twitter to acknowledge Joe‘s iconic – and now viral – entrance.

“Yasss jog on that stage honey!!!!” Queer Eye‘s Jonathan Van Ness tweeted.

People are also now calling it the “Joe Jog.”

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend were so excited about Joe Biden‘s win in the presidential election that they wanted to celebrate with their fans!

The couple was spotted hanging out of their car while driving down Santa Monica Boulevard on Saturday afternoon (November 7) in West Hollywood, Calif.

“Jealous of everyone in the streets partying. Beverly Hills quiet. Lol,” Chrissy tweeted initially before putting on her shoes and heading out to WeHo.

Chrissy and John were in the back seat of the car and stood up through the sun-roof of the vehicle while a security guard drove. Her mom Pepper Thai was in the front seat.

In response to photos that a fan took, Chrissy wrote, “Everyone is so beautiful and so happy I’m crying.”

Donald Trump is refusing to acknowledge that he lost the election.

The soon-to-be ex president took to Twitter on Saturday evening (November 7) to say that he “won the election,” despite Joe Biden actually winning.

“THE OBSERVERS WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE COUNTING ROOMS. I WON THE ELECTION, GOT 71,000,000 LEGAL VOTES. BAD THINGS HAPPENED WHICH OUR OBSERVERS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SEE. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. MILLIONS OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS WERE SENT TO PEOPLE WHO NEVER ASKED FOR THEM!” Trump tweeted.

Twitter then flagged Trump‘s tweet, adding, “This claim about election fraud is disputed.”

Trump then followed up, tweeting, “71,000,000 Legal Votes. The most EVER for a sitting President!”

If you missed it, Trump was at the Trump National Golf Club in Virginia when news outlets reported that Biden would be the next president.

Now that Kamala Harris has made history to become the first female Vice President of the United States, you might be wondering what to call her.

There seems to be a lot of confusion over whether Kamala will be “Madam Vice President” or “Madame Vice President.” Well, we have the answer.

“Madam” is used before a title to address a female holder of the position when it’s spoken in English. The term derives from the French word “madame.”

Kamala‘s niece Meena Harris celebrated the election news by tweeting out “MADAM VICE PRESIDENT SOUNDS PRETTY DAMN GOOD!!!!!!!!” This confirms that “Madam” should be used instead of “Madame.”

You might also remember that the CBS series Madam Secretary, about a female secretary of state, used that spelling as well!

Barack and Michelle Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, and so many more political figures are speaking out to celebrate the news that Joe Biden is the projected winner of the presidential election.

Jennifer Lopez is crying tears of joy after learning that Joe Biden is the projected winner of the 2020 presidential election.

The 51-year-old entertainer filmed a video from her bed on Saturday morning (November 7) and she shared it to her Instagram Stories.

“I’m so happy this morning. Echoing the words of everyone saying that we are headed toward a better day, a more united country, I’m just crying tears of joy. I hope that we all can come together and love each other and appreciate each other. It’s a new day,” Jennifer said.

While watching the news, she echoed what the anchors were saying. She said, “They’re saying it’s time to heal deep wounds and come together. We are the United States of America, the greatest country on this planet.”

In another clip she added, “History is being made today for all little girls who got loud across the world. It is an amazing, amazing day. God bless everybody.”
