Sean Penn Talks About His Love for 'A Star is Born' - Watch Here!

Sean Penn just might be the biggest fan ever of Bradley Cooper.

The 58-year-old Oscar-winning actor stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he talked about his love for the Oscar-nominated film A Star is Born starring Bradley and Lady Gaga.

“It’s not appealing to a trend – it’s appealing to a human hunger,” Sean said about the love story the film follows.

Before the 2019 Oscars, Sean wrote an op-ed article where he says, “It’s over and over again one of my favorite films of all time.”

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's 'Shallow' Goes Number One on Billboard Hot 100!

Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper just went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with their Oscar-winning song “Shallow” from the movie A Star Is Born!

The song went from No. 21 last week to No. 1 this week following Gaga and Bradley‘s performance at the Oscars, where the song won the award for Best Original Song.

This marks the song’s first week at number one and the soundtrack went to number one on the Billboard 200 this week as well!

“Shallow” is Gaga‘s fourth number one song on the Hot 100 and Bradley‘s first.

Ariana Grande‘s “7 Rings” was bumped down to number two and Halsey‘s “Without Me” is at number three this week.

'A Star Is Born' Soundtrack Returns to No. 1 on Billboard 200 After the Oscars!

A Star Is Born is back on top!

The Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper soundtrack returned to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 for a fourth nonconsecutive week, the official chart company announced on Sunday (March 3).

The album moved 128,000 equivalent album units in the past week, getting a huge boost thanks largely to its Best Original Song win at the 2019 Academy Awards, as well as its return to theaters for a special “Encore” version of the film. Gaga and Bradley also performed the track in a highly buzzed-about performance during the evening’s ceremony.

A Star Is Born now has the most weeks atop the chart for any soundtrack since the Frozen soundtrack’s 13 nonconsecutive week run in 2014.

'A Star Is Born' Is Returning to Theaters With 12 More Minutes of New Footage!

A Star Is Born is coming back to theaters!

The popular 2018 film, which was just up for several Academy Awards and brought in over $425 million at the box office, will return to theaters with an “Encore” version on Friday (March 1).

The special edition of the film will include performances of songs like “Black Eyes,” “Alibi” and Gaga’s (as Ally) a cappella performance of “Shallow.”

There will also be footage of Gaga singing “Is That Alright?” in the wedding sequence, as well as Bradley Cooper (as Jack) singing “Too Far Gone.”

In addition, there’s also a scene with Jack and Ally writing a new song together, entitled “Clover.”

Kelly Ripa & Ryan Secreast Recreate 'A Star is Born' Trailer for Oscars Show

Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest are getting ready for the post-Oscars episode of Live! with Kelly & Ryan and they did a spoof of the A Star Is Born trailer to promote the upcoming show!

The video is practically a shot-for-shot recreation of the original trailer for the movie and it features Kelly as Ally and Ryan as Jackson Maine.

While they use Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s vocals for most of the moments, Kelly does belt out those “ahhhs” in the pivotal “Shallow” scene.

Make sure to watch the stars broadcast live from the Oscars stage on Monday morning (February 25) on ABC.

Nick Jonas is getting ready for the Oscars by sharing his cover of the nominated song “Shallow” from the movie A Star is Born.

The song was sung by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in the movie and it has already won awards at the Grammys, the Golden Globes, and the Critics’ Choice Awards.

“In honor of Oscar weekend… such a beautiful song,” Nick captioned the video on his Instagram account. He also added that his wife Priyanka Chopra was the videographer.
