Iwan Rheon Will Lead 'Marvel's Inhumans' Cast for ABC!

Former Game of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon is set to star as Maximus the Mad on the upcoming ABC series, Marvel’s Inhumans.

The series will focus on the character Black Bolt, the older brother of Iwan‘s character, and his family.

Black Bolt is the leader of the Inhumans, a race of super-powered beings. Maximus the Mad is “intelligent, charming and articulate, he comes across as man of the people but secretly covets power,” according to Variety.

Iwan’s ability to be charming, roguish, and still completely unexpectedly dangerous were all the different sides we needed to bring the character to life. We’re thrilled to have him on board,” said Jeph Loeb, head of Marvel Television and executive producer.

Iwan previously starred on Game of Thrones as the villain Ramsay Bolton.

Paula Patton Will Star in New Summer Series for ABC!

Paula Patton has landed the lead role in a new supernatural-thriller series headed to ABC, Somewhere Between!

The 41-year-old actress will be playing “superstar news producer and fiercely loving mom Laura Price. She isn’t crazy: She knows her daughter Serena is going to be murdered. She doesn’t know who the murderer is or why she’ll be killed, but she knows exactly when it will happen, where and how. Despite this, all of her attempts to keep her daughter safe fail, and Serena’s fixed, unmovable, terrifying fate keeps her directly in the path of her killer,” according to Deadline.

Somewhere Between has received a 10-episode order and it will air in summer 2017!

'Dirty Dancing,' 'The Catch' & More Gets ABC Premiere Dates

ABC just announced the premiere dates of all their mid-season shows!

Shonda Rhimes‘ TGIT will be returning on January 26, one week later than expected due to the inauguration of Donald Trump.

Other shows that now have premiere dates include The Catch, American Crime, Designated Survivor, and the Dirty Dancing remake starring Abigail Breslin!

Dustin Lance Black's 'When We Rise' Gets First Trailer from ABC

Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has written every episode of the upcoming event series When We Rise for ABC and the first trailer has been released!

The seven-episode mini-series stars Guy Pearce, Mary-Louise Parker, Rachel Griffiths, Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O’Donnell, and more. It is set to premiere in February.

When We Rise chronicles the personal and political struggles, set-backs and triumphs of a diverse family of LGBT men and women who helped pioneer one of the last legs of the U.S. Civil Rights movement from its turbulent infancy in the 20th century to the once unfathomable successes of today. The period piece tells the history of the gay rights movement, starting with the Stonewall Riots in 1969.

Also in the cast are Carrie Preston, Michael Kenneth Williams, Jonathan Majors, and young Broadway talent Emily Skeggs and Austin McKenzie.

“After 3.5 years of hard work by so many dedicated souls, I’m thrilled to share the first trailer for #WhenWeRise,” Dustin wrote on Facebook.

Hayley Atwell's 'Conviction' Canceled by ABC, Remaining Episodes Will Air

Conviction, one of ABC’s new drama series starring Hayley Atwell, has been canceled in the middle of the first season.

13 episodes of the show were ordered by the network and all remaining episodes are set to air, though it has not been determined if it will stay in its Mondays at 10pm time slot.

The fifth episode of the series, which aired this week, was viewed by 3.6 million total viewers.

In the series, Hayley played lawyer and former First Daughter Hayes Morrison, who is about to accept a job offered from her sexy nemesis, NY District Attorney Conner Wallace, to avoid jail time for cocaine possession and avoid hurting her mother’s Senate campaign.

'Notorious' Cast - Meet the Stars of ABC's New Series!

One of the buzzworthy new series debuting tonight is ABC’s Notorious and we have the full cast list for you right here!

The series centers on the symbiotic relationship between charismatic defense attorney Jake Gregorian (Daniel Sunjata) and powerhouse TV producer Julia George (Piper Perabo), as they attempt to control the media, the justice system and ultimately each other.

The new show will air on Thursday nights at 9/8c on ABC, right in the middle of Shonda Rhimes‘ shows Grey’s Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder.

ABC Debuts Fall TV Schedule for 2016-2017 Season!

ABC just unveiled the new schedule for the 2016-17 primetime season!

There are some big changes to the schedule. First, Scandal will not be premiering until mid-season, and has been replaced with a new series called Notorious starring Piper Perabo.

In addition, the following shows have been cancelled and won’t be returning: The Astronaut Wives Club, Blood & Oil, Castle, The Family, Galavant, Marvel’s Agent Carter, The Muppets, Nashville, Of Kings and Prophets, Rookie Blue, The Whispers and Wicked City.
