Adele Breaks Grammys Album of the Year Statue in Half! (Photos)

Adele snapped her Album of the Year Grammys statue in half and had the most amazing reaction when she did it.

The 28-year-old entertainer couldn’t stop laughing when the statue broke – and some fans think maybe she split her Grammy in half to give part of it to Beyonce for her album Lemonade!

Adele tearfully said during her acceptance speech for 25 that she was dedicating the award to Beyonce. If Adele really split the Grammy in half to give to Beyonce – we’re getting major Mean Girls vibes! Remember when Lindsay Lohan‘s character splits the Spring Fling crown into pieces to give out to others?!

Adele Tearfully Dedicates Album of the Year Grammy to Beyonce (Video)

Adele and Beyonce shared such a sweet moment after 25 won Album of the Year at the 2017 Grammys.

The 28-year-old entertainer dedicated the win to Beyonce‘s Lemonade instead, and things got emotional. Adele expressed to Beyonce how much the album meant to her and her life, and Beyonce got visibly teary as well.

“I can’t possibly accept this award,” Adele explained to the audience as she began her speech. “And I’m very humbled and I’m very grateful and gracious but my artist of my life is Beyoncé and this album to me, the Lemonade album, was just so monumental, Beyonce. It was so monumental and so well thought out, and so beautiful and soul-bearing. We got to see another side to you that you don’t always let us see, and we appreciate that, and all us artists here who adore you. And you are our lives, and the way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering, and you make them stand up for themselves, and I love you. I always have and I always will.”

Adele Calls Simon Konecki ‘My Husband’ at Grammys 2017

Adele seemingly has confirmed that she and her longtime love Simon Konecki are married!

The 28-year-old singer referred to Simon as “my husband” while accepting the award for Album of the Year at the 2017 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday (February 12) in Los Angeles.

“My husband, my son, you’re the only reason I do it,” Adele said before walking off stage following a tearful speech in which she dedicated the award to her competitor Beyonce.

Adele Asks Beyonce to Be Her Mommy During Grammys’ Record of the Year Speech (Video)

Adele shared some praise for Beyonce after winning Record of the Year for her album 25.

“I adore you. You move my soul every single day. And you have done for nearly 17 years….And I want you to be my mommy,” the 28-year-old entertainer told the Beyonce, who was also up for the award with her album Lemonade.

Bey of course made headlines earlier this month after announcing she’s going to be a mom again to twins. Bey and Jay Z are also parents to Blue Ivy, 5.

Adele Wins Grammys' Song of the Year, Co-Writer Gets Cut Off & Crowd Boos

Adele appears on stage to accept the award for Song of the Year at the 2017 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday (February 12) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old singer won the award for her song “Hello” and when she tried to give co-writer Greg Kurstin a moment to speak, he was cut off by the music and the audience booed.

During her speech, Adele once again apologized for cursing and stopping the show while performing a tribute to George Michael earlier in the night.

“First of all, I really do apologize for swearing,” Adele said. “I’m really sorry if I offended anyone, anywhere.”

Adele Receives Standing Ovation for George Michael Tribute at Grammys 2017 - Watch Now!

Adele took the stage at the 2017 Grammys to pay tribute to the late, great George Michael by singing his hit “Fastlove.”

While the 28-year-old entertainer had technical difficulties and ended up stopping the performance mid way through and starting over.
