Nick Cannon is a dad for the 12th time over!

The 42-year-old father to many welcomed his second child with Alyssa Scott, a daughter named Halo Marie, on December 14.

Alyssa confirmed the happy news in an emotional post on Instagram, noting that Halo‘s birth was shortly after the one-year anniversary of the death of the couple’s first child Zen.

He tragically passed away at 5 months after suffering a brain tumor last December.

The proud mother’s announcement post makes it clear that her son will always be in her thoughts.

The 42-year-old Masked Singer host took to social media one year after Zen passed away from brain cancer.

“Physically I’m definitely on the mend but Mentally and Spiritually I’m broken. Been tossing and turning all night, and as much as I know I need rest, last night I couldn’t sleep at all. I can’t believe it’s been a year already since the toughest day of my life occurred. Such a painful anniversary,” Nick said on Instagram.

Nick Cannon is about to be a dad for the 11th time.

The 42-year-old actor is set to welcome his second child with model Alyssa Scott, they confirmed on Thursday (November 3).

The couple previously welcomed a son, Zen, who died at 5 months old in December of 2021.

Alyssa shared a series of photos with Nick from the couple’s maternity shoot together, posing naked in a bathtub.

“This is a MIRACLE & a BLESSING 🤍,” she captioned one of the posts.

Another photo shows Nick kissing her stomach as she covers herself with her hands sitting in the water together.
