Upcoming 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Avoids Jail Time After DUI Arrest

Andrew Bryson, who will appear on the forthcoming tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, will not be going to jail for his DUI case.

The future contestant, whose drag name is Blair St. Clair, pled guilty to one count of DUI after being arrested in Indiana back in March. His one-year jail sentence is suspended as long as stays out of trouble, according to TMZ.

An Allen County Superior Court clerk revealed to TMZ that Andrew‘s license was not suspended. He has to complete an alcohol treatment program, and is banned from drinking or taking any drugs unless prescribed.

Andrew previously violated a court order by heading to Los Angeles to film RuPaul’s Drag Race, despite being ordered to stay in Indiana following his DUI bust in Fort Wayne.
