One cast member in particular was Alex Thomas Smith, a standby for Evan Hansen and Jared, who was totally starstruck when he met Angelina.

“Today in WHAT IS MY LIFE, the beautiful Angelina Jolie came to Dear Evan Hansen,” Alex wrote on Instagram along with a few photos of him with Angelina.

Alex then revealed that he has a tattoo of Angelina on his arm – and she absolutely loved it!

“I showed her my tattoo of her, done by the wonderful @courtneylloydtattoos and she loved it, SIGNED IT, kissed me on the cheek and said she would be back to see my Evan show. I will never recover from this,” Alex added to his post.

Angelina Jolie & Richard Madden Rushed Off 'The Eternals' Set Due to Bomb Discovery

Angelina Jolie and Richard Madden had a scary experience while filming.

The actors were evacuated from the set of their upcoming film The Eternals as an unexploded bomb was found at the shooting location, according to The Sun on Monday (November 4).

The device was found on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura, and the film’s cast and crew took cover.

“It was obviously terrifying. Some of the biggest stars in the world were on set and nobody was taking any chances,” an insider told the publication.

It’s worth noting that the Spanish island was originally used as a military base during World War II by Nazis, and there’s a possibility it was lying there for decades untouched.

A bomb squad was called in to remove the device.

The Eternals is set to hit theaters in November of 2020.

Angelina Jolie Reveals Her Kids Have 'Been Through a Lot,' Mentions Brad Pitt in 'Harper's Bazaar'

Angelina Jolie is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s December/January issue.

Here’s what the 44-year-old actress, director, and humanitarian had to share with the mag…

On finding a true self: “The part of us that is free, wild, open, curious can get shut down by life. By pain or by harm. My children know my true self, and they have helped me to find it again and to embrace it. They have been through a lot. I learn from their strength. As parents, we encourage our kids to embrace all that they are, and all that they know in their hearts to be right, and they look back at us and want the same for us.”

On how she handles being misunderstood: “I have a tattoo, ‘A prayer for the wild at heart kept in cages.’ I got it when I was 20. I was with my mom one evening, and I was feeling lost. I was restless—always. I still am. We were driving to dinner, and she talked about spending time with Tennessee Williams and how much she loved his words. She told me he wrote that, about the wild at heart. We drove to a tattoo parlor, and I got it inked on my left arm. What she did for me that night was to remind me that the wild within me is alright and a part of me.”

On her desire to live outside of the USA, but she can’t because of where Brad Pitt lives: I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18. Right now I’m having to base where their father chooses to live.”

FYI: Angelina is wearing Oscar de la Renta on the cover.

Angelina Jolie Writes Candid Personal Essay About Women's Health for 'Time'

Angelina Jolie is opening up about medical advances in women’s health.

The 44-year-old Maleficent actress penned a personal essay about her relationship with medical care, herself and her loved ones published on Thursday (October 24) for Time.

“I lost my grandmother and my mother to breast cancer. I remember once holding my mother’s hand, as she was receiving chemotherapy, when she started to turn purple and I had to race to get the nurse. Now there are new ways to identify which chemotherapy medication is best for each patient, resulting in fewer of the horrible side effects. Fewer. It’s often still so hard on the body,” she writes.

“My mother fought cancer for nearly a decade. As I stood in the hallway of the hospital waiting for my mother’s body to be collected and taken to be cremated, her doctor told me she had promised my mother that she would make sure I was informed about my medical options. Years later, I was able to have a genetic test that revealed I carried a gene, the so-called BRCA1, that predisposes me to cancer. The test came too late for the other women in my family.”

“When we speak of women’s equality, it is often in terms of rights withheld, that ought to be given to us collectively. Increasingly I see it in terms of behavior that needs to stop. Stop turning a blind eye to the abuse of women. Stop blocking the ability of girls to get an education or access health care. Stop forcing them to marry a person you have chosen for them, especially when they are still children,” she concludes.

“All medical discoveries that extend our lives are welcome. But the bodies we are hoping to heal also need to be respected and spared preventable harm. Only if we feel safe and cared for are any of us able to reach our full potential.”
