Orlando Bloom has nothing but love for his girlfriend Katy Perry, and he couldn’t be happier to represent UNICEF alongside her!
“She’s amazing, you know, I’m super proud of the work that she does,” the 39-year-old actor, who is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, expressed while attending UNICEF’s 70th Anniversary Gala held at the United Nations Headquarters on Monday (December 12) in New York City.

“She’s a voice that speaks to so many and it’s remarkable to see her champion this cause, [and] it’s amazing that we happen to do this together,” Orlando added (via ET). “Being a father, you know, you kind of have a new sense of responsibility. I’ve seen the work that it does to actually make a difference in communities around the world and I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of it and to celebrate 70 years tonight.”
Also in attendance at the gala was ambassador David Beckham, Quantico‘s Priyanka Chopra, Stranger Things‘ Millie Bobby Brown, singer Angelique Kidjo and Jackie Chan.
