Julianne Hough and Chelsea Handler glam up while attending the 2013 EIF Women’s Cancer Research Fund’s An Unforgettable Evening on Thursday (May 2) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.

The ladies were joined at the event by Rita Wilson (with goddaughter Destry Spielberg), Angie Harmon, Amber Valletta, and Lisa Kudrow.

Angie Harmon uses her voice as to make a difference to the world as UNICEF‘s newest ambassador.

It was recently announced that the 40-year-old actress will appear in Public Service Announcements to raise awareness about the issue of child trafficking, an inhumane and exploitative practice, and urge Americans to help end it.

“After learning the horrifying practice of child trafficking both in the United States and abroad, I knew I had to do something about it. That’s what drew me to UNICEF,” Angie shared.

Angie added, “I believe that ZERO children should be forced into prostitution or made to work, especially at dangerous jobs. I look forward to working with UNICEF to help reach a day when every child has a safe and healthy childhood.”

Sarah Jessica Parker and Uma Thurman attend the 2011 Unicef Snowflake Ball held at Cipriani 42nd Street on Tuesday (November 29) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress wore a Louis Vuitton dress paired with Fred Leighton earrings, while Uma, 41, wore a green Versace dress.

Zoe Kravitz and Vera Farmiga (in a Naeem Kham dress with Fred Leighton jewelry) were also seen chatting at the event, which raised funds to support children in poverty-stricken nations.

On feeling mommy guilt: “When I feel like I’m not doing what I am supposed to as a mother, I will torture myself,” she says. “I don’t know how to deal with it. I find some consolation in the fact that all mommies feel it. If there was a way to cure mommy guilt, I would bottle it and be a bazillionaire.”

On why she and husband Jason Sehorn are a good match: “He’s like a steady tugboat while I bring on the shock waves. As time goes on, [I love] the different discoveries you make about each other. You think you know that person inside and out, that you know every single inch of that person, and then you find something new.”
