Mitt Romney accepts the nomination for President from the Republican Party at the 2012 Republican National Conventionon Thursday (August 30) at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Florida.
The 65-year-old politician delivered his speech to a roaring crowd and made quite a few jabs at President Barack Obama.
“This president can tell us it was someone else’s fault. This president can tell us that the next four years he’ll get it right. But this president cannot tell us that you are better off today than when he took office,” Romney said. Watch the full speech below.
Mitt was joined on stage by his wife Ann Romney, his running mate Paul Ryan, his wife Janna, and a stage full of their children and grandchildren.
