Kate Walsh and Julie Bowen hit the red carpet in style for the 2013 Writers Guild Awards held at JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE on Sunday (February 17) in Los Angeles.

The 45-year-old Private Practice star and 42-year-old Modern Family actress were joined at the event by Jane Lynch, Anna Gunn, Jacki Weaver, Rico Rodriguez, and host for the evening Nathan Fillion.

“Very nice to see Mr Spielberg again. He gave me my first film role in Saving Private Ryan. Kind man.” Nathan tweeted at the event.

Modern Family took home the prize for Episodic Comedy, and Breaking Bad won for Drama Series! Congrats Julie, Rico, and Anna!

Bryan Cranston accepts the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Exposition Center on Sunday (January 27) in Los Angeles.

The 56-year-old actor was recognized for his work on his hit show Breaking Bad, beating out Steve Buscemi, Jon Hamm, Jeff Daniels, and Damian Lewis.

Bryan‘s Breaking Bad co-stars Anna Gunn, RJ Mitte, and Aaron Paul, who brought his fiancee Lauren Parsekian, were also spotted attending the award ceremony.

Breaking Bad was nominated for Best Drama, but lost out to Homeland, and Bryan was nominated for Best Performance in a Television Series – Drama for Breaking Bad, but also did not end up winning.

However, Bryan‘s film Argo took home the prize for Best Motion Picture – Drama. Congrats, Argo cast and crew!

Bryan Cranston, Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt, and RJ Mitte stepped out to support Breaking Bad, chosen as one of the year’s top ten television programs.

The Walking Dead also made the prestigious list and stars Laurie Holden and Danai Gurira attended to honor their show.

The co-stars were joined at the premiere event by their cast mates Anna Gunn, RJ Mitte, Dean Norris, and Bob Odenkirk.
