The 22-year-old starlet has been busy hard at work all week filming scenes for the upcoming season of Gossip Girl along with her fellow co-stars.

Earlier this week, Blake was spotted sitting next to Anna Wintour at the Christian Dior fashion show and was spotted walking into the Ritz Hotel for a meeting.

Could Blake possibly be doing a photo shoot for the next issue of Vogue?

Blake Lively sits front row next to Vogue boss Anna Wintour at the Christian Dior Fall/Winter 2010-11 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week held at Musee Rodin on Monday (July 5).

Sitting to the right of Anna was her right-hand woman, Vogue creative director Grace Coddington.

Just a few months ago, Blake showed off a chic surfer girl look on the June 2010 cover of Vogue.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen look ferosh at The Art of Elysium’s second annual Bright Lights charity event held at NYC’s Milk Studios on Friday (April 30).

The event was presented by with VERSUS by Donatella Versace and designer Christopher Kane. Hosts included Joy Bryant, Sara Moonves, Bee Shaffer and Nicole Vecchiarelli.

At the Belvedere Vodka-sponsored soiree, celebs joined PSIMadeThis in designing green-colored hats to celebrate the new 100% recyclable Dasani PlantBottle plastic bottle packaging (made from up to 30% plant materials).

Other attendees: Estelle (she rocked the house during her performance), hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, Vogue‘s Anna Wintour, Janet Jackson, Christian Siriano, Just Jared, model Karolina Kurkova, Benji Madden, Veronica Webb, Alexa Chung, Joy Bryant, Naomi Campbell, Michelle Trachtenburg, Olivia Palermo, and 90210‘s Tristan Wilds.

Kings of Leon rockers Jared and Caleb Followill sit front row at the Rag & Bone Presentation Fall 2010 during Mercedes-Benz NY Fashion Week on Friday (February 12) in New York City.

The brothers sat across from Vogue editor Anna Wintour, her daughter Bee Shaffer and Grace Coddington.

“It’s weird having Anna Wintour right there looking at me,” Caleb shared. “Little does she know that my boots are three years old!”

Jared joked about the four Grammy Awards he’s racked up so far. “I’m going to melt them and create one super Grammy statue,” he joked.

The Followills attended the show to support Caleb‘s girlfriend, model Lily Aldridge, who walked the runway at the Rag & Bone show.

Swiss tennis champ Roger Federer and his wife Mirka are the guests of Vogue‘s fashion queen Anna Wintour at Giorgio Armani‘s Fashion Show as part of the Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 at the Milano Fashion Center on Thursday (September 24) in Milan, Italy.

Earlier today, Roger withdrew from the Japan Open and Shanghai ATP Masters 1000. “After consultation with my team and doctors, I decided to take the difficult decision to withdraw from both tournaments,” Roger said in a statement. “This will allow me a chance to give my body a chance to rest, rehabilitate and recover from a physically challenging year.”

Hugh Jackman is all smiles as he and Anna Wintour sign t-shirts during Fashion’s Night Out at Jeffrey of New York on Thursday (September 10).

The 40-year-old actor and the 59-year-old Vogue editor-in-chief autographed the tees, which are sold for $30 each to benefit the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and the New York City AIDS Fund.

Hugh is currently in previews for A Steady Rain, where he plays opposite Bond star Daniel Craig. Anna is enjoying the success of The September Issue, which chronicles the making of the magazine’s most important issue of the year.
