Twisters stars Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Anthony Ramos blew the house down during an appearance at CinemaCon on Wednesday night (April 10).
The trio took the stage at Caesars Colosseum in Las Vegas, Nevada to share an exclusive look at the forthcoming movie, which is a sequel to the 1996 original. In a reference to the movie’s theme, they blew leaves across the venue. Anthony even carried a blown-away cow around with him!

The first trailer for the upcoming Twisters movie just debuted!
The disaster movie’s first look was unveiled during the 2024 Super Bowl on Sunday (February 11), featuring Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Anthony Ramos, among others.
Universal Studios touts the film is an “adrenaline-pumping, seat-gripping, big-screen thrill ride that puts you in direct contact with one of nature’s most wondrous—and destructive—forces.

Bob the Builder is setting his sights on the big screen.
The iconic character, a construction worker who centers a hit children’s show, is getting his own movie in the wake of Barbie‘s success. The project – from Mattel Films – already has two big stars attached, too.
Anthony Ramos will bring Roberto (Bob’s full name) to life in the movie, and Jennifer Lopez has signed on to produce.

Paul Dano leads the way in taking over the GameStop stock in the first trailer for Dumb Money.
The film tackles the real life story of how Redditors were able to get the stock price for GameStop to rise significantly and cause a hedge fund worth billions of dollars to go bankrupt in the process.
Sony Pictures is behind the flick, and describe it as the “ultimate David vs. Goliath tale of everyday people who flipped the script on Wall Street and got rich by turning GameStop (yes, the mall videogame store) into the world’s hottest company.”
“In the middle of everything is regular guy Keith Gill (Dano), who starts it all by sinking his life savings into the stock and posting about it. When his social posts start blowing up, so does his life and the lives of everyone following him. As a stock tip becomes a movement, everyone gets rich – until the billionaires fight back, and both sides find their worlds turned upside down.”
Dumb Money also stars Pete Davidson, Vincent D’Onofrio, America Ferrera, Nick Offerman, Anthony Ramos, Sebastian Stan, Shailene Woodley and Seth Rogen, and is directed by Craig Gillespie.
The movie is out in theaters on September 22.

Anthony Ramos hit the red carpet in a cool pink suit for the latest premiere of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts!
The 31-year-old actor whipped out a sword from the franchise to pose with on the red carpet, where he met with a ton of fans ahead of the final screening of the movie before the debut in theaters.
Dominique Fishback, Tobe Nwigwe and his wife Martica ‘Fat’ Nwigwe were also on the red carpet, with Jacob Banks, whose new song, “On My Soul” is featured on the soundtrack.
Steven Caple, Jr, and producers Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian walked the red carpet too, alongside Jason Statham, who stepped out in support.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts “will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new faction of Transformer – the Maximals – to join them as allies in the existing battle for earth.”
The movie opens on Friday, June 9.

The cast walked the red carpet together at the U.S. premiere event on Monday (June 5) at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Also in attendance were Tobe Nwigwe, Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, Peter Dinklage, Liza Koshy, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Luna Lauren Velez, Cristo Fernández, and director Steven Caple Jr.
