Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Made a Special Call With Son Archie For Queen Elizabeth II's Birthday

Despite being an ocean apart, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a special call to Queen Elizabeth II to wish her a happy birthday.

The sovereign is celebrating her 94th birthday today and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with their 11-month-old son, Archie, called her up for the special occasion.

A U.K. representative reports that the Duke and Duchess were on a video call with the Queen, so she could see them and Archie for her birthday.

Jane Goodall Says Prince Harry Hinted at Royal Exit 8 Months Beforehand

Jane Goodall says Prince Harry hinted at his exit from the royal family when she met his son Archie eight months earlier.

The 86-year-old primatologist opened up about the incident involving the 35-year-old royal and Meghan Markle in an interview on Saturday (April 11).

In July 2019, Jane visited Harry, Meghan, and Archie in Windsor, England.

“At the end [of the conversation] Meghan came in to listen with Archie,” Jane told the Daily Mail’s Weekend Magazine about her chat with Harry. “He was very tiny and very sleepy — not too pleased to be passed from his mummy.”

Jane then practiced Queen Elizabeth II’s wave with Archie, telling his parents, “He’ll have to learn this.”

Harry said, ‘No, he’s not growing up like that,’” Jane Goodall recalled.

Since their exit, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have moved to Los Angeles.

If you missed it, new details about baby Archie and his parents were revealed on his birth certificate, which just went viral almost one year after his birth.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Name New Organization After Son Archie

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have unveiled the name of their new organization and it pays tribute to their first child, Archie.

The former senior royal couple filed paperwork to secure the name Archewell for their non profit organization, according to reports.

“Before SussexRoyal, came the idea of ‘Arche’—the Greek word meaning ‘source of action’,” Meghan and Harry shared with Telegraph of the inspiration behind the name. “We connected to this concept for the charitable organisation we hoped to build one day, and it became the inspiration for our son’s name.”

They add that “Archewell is a name that combines an ancient word for strength and action, and another that evokes the deep resources we each must draw upon.”

While they are revealing the name and purpose of the organization, Meghan and Harry are waiting to officially launch, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“Like you, our focus is on supporting efforts to tackle the global COVID-19 pandemic…We look forward to launching Archewell when the time is right.”

Earlier today, Archie‘s birth certificate went viral and fans picked up on a few things.
