Arnold Schwarzenegger Shuts Down Facebook Troll Who Mocked Special Olympics

Arnold Schwarzenegger had the perfect response for an Internet troll who insulted the Special Olympics.

The 69-year-old actor and former governor of California recently took to social media to share a video in which he pays tribute to athletes who took part in the Special Olympics at the 2017 World Winter Games in his home country of Austria, captioning the clip, “These guys inspire me!”

“Special Olympics make no sense,” one person commented.

“As evil and stupid as this comment is, I’m not going to delete it or ban you (yet) because it’s a teachable moment,” Arnold wrote in a now-deleted reply.

“You have two possible paths ahead,” he added. “Right now, I guarantee you that these athletes have more courage, compassion, brains and skill – actually more of every positive human quality than you. So take their path – you could learn from them, and try to challenge yourself, to give back, to add something to the world. Or you can stay on your path, and keep being a sad pitiful jealous Internet troll who adds nothing to the world but mocks anyone who does out of small-minded jealousy.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger Mocks Donald Trump on Twitter, Keeps Their Feud Going - Watch Now

Arnold Schwarzenegger is keeping his feud with Donald Trump alive on Twitter – this time by mocking his approval ratings.

“Oh, Donald, the ratings are in, and you got swamped. Wow. Now you’re in the thirties? But what do you expect?” Arnold said in the video. “I mean, when you take away after-school programs from children and Meals on Wheels from the poor people, that’s not what you call ‘making America great again.’”

He then challenged Trump to something: visiting a Washington D.C. middle school.

“Let me give you some advice,” Arnold continued. “Go to a middle school, to Hart Middle School right in Washington, six miles away from the White House. I’ll take you there, so you can see the fantastic work that they’re doing for these children.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger on Donald Trump: 'I Think He's In Love With Me'

Arnold Schwarzenegger made an appearance on a radio show today and was asked why Donald Trump often tweets about him.

“I think he’s in love with me,” Arnold said on SiriusXM’s The Michael Smerconish Program. “Yeah, I think so.”

Trump and Arnold‘s most recent back and forth came about Celebrity Apprentice, which Arnold quit after the finale.

“With Trump being involved in the show people have a bad taste and don’t want to participate as a spectator or as a sponsor or in any other way support the show. It’s a very divisive period now and I think this show got caught up in all that division,” Arnold previously said about leaving Celebrity Apprentice, to which Trump responded.
