Nikki Bella is a mom!

The 36-year-old former WWE wrestler and fiance, Artem Chigvintsev, have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.

The couple announced his arrival on social media together.

“7/31/2020 please welcome our precious baby boy Chigvintsev 👶 proud of my love @thenikkibella,” Artem sweetly captioned the shot of him and Nikki holding onto the baby’s hand.

Nikki added, “Our baby boy is here and we couldn’t be HAPPIER and more in LOVE! Everyone is safe and healthy.”

Nikki welcomed her first child just a day before twin sister, Brie, welcomed her second child, who was also a boy, with husband Daniel Bryan.

Artem and Nikki first met on the set of Dancing with the Stars before becoming engaged late last year.

The 36-year-old WWE superstar is expecting her first child with Artem, a boy, and is almost to the finish line.

“Baby Chigvintsev is ready to make his debut! Mama is about to pop! 🎈💙,” Nikki captioned her post, adding a red balloon and blue heart emoji.

Nikki also took to her Stories later on, sharing another angle of her growing bump and saying that everything she’s went through has been worth it for the baby.

“Sleepless nights are worth it the closer I get to meeting you,” she wrote.

Nikki is expecting her child around the same time her twin sister, Brie, will also welcome her second child.

The 36-year-old WWE star and the 38-year-old Dancing With the Stars dancer revealed the sex of their baby during the season finale of Total Bellas.

Nikki‘s sister Brie said in her confessional, “I’m so excited that Nicole and Artem are having a boy. I knew…I really, in my heart, I just felt it for her.”

“I think you and your little boy will have such a great bond,” Brie told Nikki. “I do. I really feel that.”

Brie is also pregnant right now and she’s expecting her second child. Season six of Total Bellas will be premiering in the fall and you can bet that we’ll see more of the pregnancy journeys in the upcoming episodes of the reality show.

Earlier this week, Nikki shared a photo of her bare baby bump.

Artem Chigvintsev and his fiancee Nikki Bella are expecting their first child, and he revealed he would be way more nervous to raise a boy.

“I’ll give you the reason why,” he said on The Bellas Podcast. “I’ve danced all my life with girls. I’ve spent probably more time having conversations with a girl than with a guy because I’ve danced for a very long time. It always required a girl. I know how to take care of that and how to be with a girl.”

“I can take her to dance classes,” he added. “I would do my partner’s hair at one point. I know I can do that and take care of those things. It might sound crazy, but that’s to me the most relatable.”

He continued, “Even when I’m with my guy friends, we talk about dancing or creating a show. We don’t hang out watching football. … Would I be more nervous having a boy? 100 percent.”

Artem competed on DWTS as a pro from 2014-2018, and was also a pro on the flagship program, Strictly Come Dancing, and won the show in 2010.

Now, Artem is engaged and expecting his first child with Nikki Bella.

In a recent interview on The Talk, Nikki and her twin sister, Brie, admitted they are fearful of the coronavirus.

Nikki also revealed that she had Influenza B in the early stages of her pregnancy.

“Early on in my pregnancy, I got Influenza B and I [have] never gotten the flu. It was terrifying and it was terrible,” she shared. “I remember telling Brie that I would rather break my neck again than ever get the flu.”

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev just announced that they’re expecting their first child together and in a new podcast episode, revealed they’re in disagreement about the baby’s middle name.

During The Bellas Podcast tonight (February 12), the newly engaged couple shared that although they haven’t decided on a name for their child yet, they were discussing the way Russians typically use their father’s name for the middle name.

Nikki admitted that she preferred they come up with their own middle name for their baby.

“I’m gonna defend my culture and history. You just talked about how important it is for the child to experience different cultures and now you’re totally dissing it,” Artem said. “Why would you want to just make up a middle name when the name should be coming from family and previous generations? I think it’s really important.”

He added that, “the problem is if you mix cultures…if [a person's whole name] stays completely Russian from the beginning to the end, then it flows,” Artem said. “But when you put like, an American name with the last name of a Russian and then a made-up middle name, it just becomes like, an extreme hybrid of names, that I dunno if it’s gonna work.”
