Elle Fanning looked so fresh and fun in floral at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival!
The 19-year-old actress stepped out at the film festival’s 70th Anniversary celebration on Tuesday (May 23) at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
Elle was also joined at the event by Ashley Benson, Rita Ora and Barbra Palvin.
Before the event, Barbara took to her Instagram to share a gorgeous selfie while getting ready.
