Zack Snyder Originally Had a Very Different Title Planned for 'Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice'

Zack Snyder is getting candid about the naming process for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Zack and his co-writer Chris Terrio made an appearance at Justice Con and revealed that they didn’t come up with the film’s name and originally had a different title in mind for the movie, per Uproxx.

Jena Malone's Deleted 'Batman v Superman' Scene Featured in Ultimate Edition Trailer!

Jena Malone‘s work in the recent movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was deleted from the finished product, but now a first look at one of her scenes has been revealed!

The “Ultimate Edition” of the movie will be released on digital HD on June 28 and on Blu-Ray on July 19.

A trailer for the new version of the movie shows Jena interacting with Amy Adams‘ character Lois Lane.

“This is what makes you such a good reporter. Stuff like this still shocks you,” Jena says while shots from the North Africa sequence is shown.

Melissa McCarthy's 'The Boss' Beats 'Batman v Superman'

The Boss took the No. 1 spot at the box office this weekend with a whopping $23.48 million opening!

According to THR, the Melissa McCarthy comedy narrowly beat out Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and it’s her third No. 1 opening in addition to 2013′s Identity Thief and 2015′s Spy.

Meanwhile, the superhero flick, starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, fell 54 percent with $23.44 million, totaling $296.7 million domestically so far.

Coming in third was Disney’s animated flick Zootopia, which grossed an additional $14.4 million, bringing its domestic gross to $296 million.

Rounding out the top five were My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 and new sci-fi flick Hardcore Henry, which grossed $6.4 million and $5.1 million, respectively.

'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' Tops Box Office Again

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice easily topped this weekend’s box office in its second weekend with $52.4 million!

According to THR, the superhero flick, starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, has brought in $261.5 million domestically so far.

Coming in second was Disney’s animated flick Zootopia, which grossed an additional $20 million for a domestic total of $275.9 million so far.

Staying at the No. 3 spot was the sequel My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, starring Nia Vardalos, John Corbett, and Elena Kampouris, which earned $11.1 million this weekend for a total of $36.4 million.

Rounding out the top five were the new indie flick God’s Not Dead 2 and Jennifer Garner‘s Miracles From Heaven, which grossed $8.1 million and $7.5 million, respectively.

Meanwhile, My Name is Doris, starring Sally Field and Max Greenfield, brought in $2.3 million for the weekend for a total of $6.6 million.

Meet the Blacks, starring Mike Epps, opened to $4.1 million.

Richard Linklater‘s Everybody Wants Some debuted to $323,000 for a location average of $17,000.

And finally, the Miles Davis biopic Miles Ahead, starring Don Cheadle, opened to $122,751 from four locations for an average of $30,668.

Gal Gadot Responds to Criticism of Her 'Wonder Woman' Look

Gal Gadot is responding to people who don’t like her Wonder Woman look.

The 30-year-old Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice actress appeared on an episode of Conan on Thursday night (March 31) and revealed her thoughts on the criticism.

“There were comments they wanted her to be more bosomy,” Conan explained.

“Bigger hearts,” Gal joked. “Yes, there were some people who had a lot to say about my hearts. At the end of the day you can’t please them all, and I completely understand that. And if you want to be original to the story, the Amazons used to have only one breast, because it was in the way with the [bow and arrow].”

“Eventually after many creative conversations with Zack [Snyder, the film's director], we decided to keep them both,” she added.

While both movies have nothing to do with each other, Jimmy constructed the perfect balance of light and dark to imply that Batman impregnated Bridget Jones! There’s even a hint that there may have been a “threeway” between Batman, Superman, and Bridget.
