Melissa McCarthy looks gorgeous in violet while arriving at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 48-year-old actress, who was joined by her director husband Ben Falcone, was actually passing out ham sandwiches to guests at the show.

“I’ve been handing them out to everyone,” Melissa told Variety about her secret snack to keep everyone from going hungry. “Next year, I’m bringing hot dogs.”

Melissa McCarthy makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing today!

On the show, Melissa spoke about celebrating her 13th anniversary with hubby Ben Falcone.

“I gave him a … phone for senior citizens. It has huge buttons. It’s fantastic. Jitterbug [the brand name of the phone], that’s right. Jitterbug. My kids are horrified by it,” Melissa said.

Melissa continued, “[He gave me] two beautiful rings, one that said ‘Love.’ And I gave him a Jitterbug phone. I need to work on my romance skills.”

Melissa McCarthy is all smiles as she poses alongside her hubby Ben Falcone at the world premiere of their latest film Life Of The Party held at AMC Tiger 13 on Monday (April 30) in Opelika, Alabama.

The 47-year-old actress and the 44-year-old writer-director were joined at the event by co-stars Gillian Jacobs, Stephen Root, Julie Bowen, Molly Gordon, Debby Ryan, Adria Arjona, Jessie Ennis and Luke Benward.

At the premiere, Melissa revealed that she and Ben spent their 10th anniversary shooting a scene in which her character gets frisky in the school library with a hunky college kid, played by Luke.

“We shot a very smoochy-smooch scene in the library on our 10th anniversary, so Ben had to keep yelling out, ‘Happy 10th anniversary! I love you! And kiss her harder!’,” Melissa told Wonderwall.

Melissa McCarthy is teaming up with husband Ben Falcone!

The couple stepped out at CinemaCon 2018 to discuss their upcoming projects on Tuesday (April 24) at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

During the event, Melissa revealed that her action-comedy Superintelligence will be directed by Ben and released on Christmas Day 2019.

According to Variety, Melissa will play a former corporate executive whose life is turned upside down when she is selected for observation by the world’s first super-intelligence — an artificial intelligence that may or may not take over the world.

Melissa also discussed her upcoming films Happytime Murders, Can You Ever Forgive Me and The Kitchen.

Melissa McCarthy is set to star in an upcoming holiday movie musical titled Margie Claus!

The Oscar-nominated actress will team up with husband Ben Falcone, who will direct the film and co-produce it with Melissa.

The power couple is co-writing the film with Damon Jones.

Margie Claus is “set in motion when Santa Claus goes missing while delivering presents on Christmas Eve. His sweet wife Margie Claus must then put together an unlikely rescue team and set off from the North Pole for the first time in decades to rescue Santa and save Christmas,” according to THR.

The film will hit theaters on November 15, 2019.

Melissa McCarthy is opening up about her husband Ben Falcone‘s hypochondria.

The 46-year-old actress revealed the little tidbit during their joint appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“I think what should not be making me laugh makes me laugh more. There are certain very weird things,” Melissa said. “Ben, lovingly, is a super-hypochondriac, maybe germophobe, and we may have seven or eight blood pressure cuffs in our home.”
