Gerard Butler and actor pal Ben Stiller take a meeting with Artists for Peace and Justice in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti on Sunday (April 11).

Artists for Peace and Justice encourages peace and social justice and addresses issues of poverty and enfranchisement in communities around the world. The organization’s immediate goal is to build schools to serve the poorest areas of Haiti, providing an education, hot meals, clean drinking water and regular medical treatments to the children living in the slums.

Earlier this year, Gerry volunteered his time and participated in the Hope for Haiti Now telethon.

Ben Stiller channels his inner Na’vi by wearing blue makeup as he appropriately presented the winner of the makeup category at the 2010 Oscars held at the Kodak Theatre on Sunday (March 7) in Hollywood.

While on stage, the 44-year-old Tropic Thunder actor spoke in Avatar‘s fictional Na’vi tongue and later provided his own translation.

‘That means: This seemed like a better idea in rehearsal,’” Ben joked. “It was between this and the Nazi uniform but the show seemed a little Hitler-heavy.”

Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor guest star in a superhero episode of Phineas and Ferb, airing @ 8PM ET/PT on Monday (March 8) on Disney XD.

In the episode entitled “The Beak,” Ben voices a super villain and Taylor plays his nagging wife. Ben‘s character arrives in Danville to challenge Phineas and Ferb after the boys are mistaken as a superhero (while wearing an indestructible suit they designed to safely conquer their newly built extreme skate-track) known as The Beak. With the super villain wreaking havoc, it’s up to Phineas and Ferb to thwart him while Dr. Doofenshmirtz tells the people of the Tri-State area that he is in charge in hopes that they will actually just go along with it.

Ben and Christine‘s daughter, Ella, 7, and son Quinlin, 4, are both Phineas and Ferb fans!

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes kick back at a the 2010 Golden Globes party at Chateau Marmont on Friday (January 15) in Los Angeles.

Katie, 31, wore a black woven Lyell dress and matching Azzedine Alaia peep-toe shoes. She looks gorgeous!

Tom was seen mingling with his Tropic Thunder co-star Ben Stiller and actor pal Woody Harrelson. Also in attendance at the party hosted by T: The New York Times Style Magazine and Dom Perignon was Katie‘s ex-fiance Chris Klein (they were together for five years).

Ben Stiller sends out an open letter via video to Lance Armstrong and kicks off his Stillerstrong campaign (part of Save The Children) by selling headbands instead of the now-famous Livestrong wristbands.

“So what’s with the yellow headbands?” Ben wrote. “Well, besides my homage to the great Lance Armstrong… I had this opportunity to visit Haiti this summer. It’s an incredible country, with amazing people and a vibrant culture. When I was there I visited a school in Cévérine.”

“With Save the Children, because I assume they know how to save kids, we are raising money to expand the school, dig a drinking water well there, and set up a self sustainable crop field to help the residents keep the school going for years to come,” he said.

In the video, Ben suggests wearing multiple headbands at once to keep out the cold and for a “multi-colored rainbowy thing” aesthetic.
