We are sad to report the death of longtime actor Bernard Fox.
He was 89 years old and died of heart failure on Wednesday (December 14) at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, Calif., his publicist confirmed to THR.
Bernard was probably best known for his role as the witch doctor Dr. Bombay on the ABC series Bewitched.
He also starred on the 60s CBS sitcom Hogan’s Heroes, voiced the Chairman in 1990′s The Rescuers Down Under, and appeared in 1999′s The Mummy.
