Kate Bosworth shields her eyes from the sun while leaving a chiropractor’s office on Thursday afternoon (May 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

That afternoon, the 30-year-old actress’ fiance Michael Polish tweeted out the international poster for their new film Big Sur.

“The more ups and downs, the more joy I feel. The greater the fear, the greater the happiness I feel,” Michael wrote along with the poster.

Big Sur, a recounting of Jack Kerouac’s three sojourns to the cabin in Big Sur, owned by poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti, has been making its way around the festival circuit.

Kate Bosworth and her fiance Michael Polish hit the red carpet at the premiere of their film Big Sur during the 2013 San Francisco International Film Festival on Sunday (April 28) at the Sundance Kabuki Cinema in San Francisco, Calif.

“Hello San Fran! So pleased to be here for the @sfintlfilmfest #BigSur,” the 30-year-old actress tweeted.

Big Sur is a recounting of Jack Kerouac‘s (here known by the name of his fictional alter-ego Jack Duluoz) three sojourns to the cabin in Big Sur, owned by poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti.

FYI: Kate is wearing an Oscar de la Renta dress and belt with a Devi Kroell clutch and a Graziela ring.

Kate Bosworth and her fiance Michael Polish hit the red carpet at the premiere of their film Big Sur during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival on Wednesday (January 23) at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.

The 30-year-old actress participated in a portrait session for the flick the day before at the Getty Portrait Studio.
