VIDEO: Donald Trump Recognizes Hillary Clinton, Gives Her Standing Ovation During Inauguration Lunch

Hillary Clinton received a standing ovation from those in attendance at President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence‘s 2017 Presidential Inauguration Lunch, which took place right after the swearing-in ceremony.

“I was very honored when I heard that President Bill Clinton and Secretary Hillary Clinton was coming today,” the 70-year-old President said.

“I have a lot of respect for [the Clintons],” he added, after having the audience stand up.

VIDEO: Hillary & Bill Clinton Arrive for Trump's Inauguration

Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton have arrived to the 2017 Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump.

The 69-year-old politician waved to onlookers as she arrived at the U.S. Capitol on Friday (January 20) in Washington, DC.

She sent out a tweet moments ago, saying, “I’m here today to honor our democracy & its enduring values. I will never stop believing in our country & its future.”

Secretary Clinton of course famously went up against Donald Trump to become President, but lost the election due to the electoral vote numbers.

Monica Lewinsky & Bill Clinton's Scandal Focus of Future 'American Crime Story' Season (Report)

It looks like American Crime Story may take on Monica Lewinsky and her sex scandal with former President Bill Clinton.

Creator Ryan Murphy optioned rights to a Jeffrey Toobin book titled, “A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President,” to help gather material to on a possible upcoming season of his hit show, THR reports.

Season two and three of the show are already planned and will focus on Hurricane Katrina (expected in 2018), and then the July 1997 assassination of designer Gianni Versace, respectively.

Bill & Hillary Clinton Send Well Wishes to George H.W. Bush

Bill and Hillary Clinton are sending love to former President George H.W. Bush and his wife Barbara after they were both hospitalized.

George, 92, was admitted for “shortness of breath, while Barbara, 91, is being checked out “as a precaution after experiencing fatigue and coughing.”

“41 and Barbara—thinking about you both and sending wishes for a speedy recovery. Love, 42,” Bill tweeted.

Hillary added, “Indeed. Bill & I have you in our thoughts & look forward to you both being back on your feet soon, wild socks & all. -H”

George of course served as the 41st President of the United States, while Bill followed him as the 42nd Commander-in-Chief.

Hillary & Bill Clinton to Attend Donald Trump's Inauguration

Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton will be attending Donald Trump Presidential inauguration.

CNN confirmed the news that Secretary Clinton, who lost the election to President-Elect Trump, will be in attendance for the tradition to swear-in the new President.

“President and Mrs. George W. Bush will attend the 58th Presidential Inauguration Ceremony on January 20, 2017, at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.,” a statement provided to the news outlet also confirmed that former President George W. Bush would attend. “They are pleased to be able to witness the peaceful transfer of power — a hallmark of American democracy — and swearing-in of President Trump and Vice President Pence.”

The event will take place on January 20, 2017.

VIDEO: Bill Clinton Casts Electoral Vote for Hillary Clinton

In an emotional moment, Bill Clinton was the first member of New York’s Electoral College to cast a vote for Hillary Clinton.

The former president of the United States cast his vote alongside NY Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday (December 19) in Albany, N.Y.

“I’ve never cast a vote I was prouder of,” Bill told reporters (via CBS News). “You know, I’ve watched her work for two years. I watched her battle through that bogus email deal, be vindicated at the end when Secretary Powell came out. She fought through that. She fought through everything. And she prevailed against it all but at the end we had the Russians and the FBI deal and she couldn’t prevail against them. She did everything else and still won by 2.8 million votes.”

Hillary Clinton's Family Shows Support During Concession Speech

Hillary Clinton had her family right behind her as she addressed her supporters and campaign staff during her concession speech on Wednesday (November 9) in New York City.

The 69-year-old politician was joined on stage by her husband Bill, her daughter Chelsea and her husband Marc Mezvinsky as she gave an emotional speech.

“To Bill and Chelsea, Mark, Charlotte, Aidan, our brothers and our entire family, my love for you means more than I can ever express. You crisscrossed this country, even 4-month-old Aidan, who traveled with his mom,” she said during the speech.
