'The Blacklist' Renewed for Second Season!

NBC has decided to renew their new hit show The Blacklist for a second season!

The show, which stars James Spader, had it’s mid-season finale on Monday (December 2), bringing in 12.3 million viewers, which was a 17% increase from last week.

The Blacklist centers on “former government agent Raymond “Red” Reddington (Spader), who has eluded capture for decades. But he suddenly surrenders to the FBI with an offer to help catch a terrorist under the condition that he speaks only to Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone), a young FBI profiler who’s just barely out of Quantico.”

Mark your calendars, The Blacklist will come back on the air on January, 13, 2014. We can’t wait!

James Spader's 'Blacklist' Breaks DVR Records - 17.9 Million Viewers!

James Spader‘s new show The Blacklist has just broken DVR records with 6 million viewers over its first seven days after release, according to EW!

The 53-year-old actor’s freshman hour-long NBC drama brought in 11.4 million viewers during it’s initial airing, which included first-night DVR playback, but that number has jumped to 17.9 million for the full week in review, which broke records!

Congrats to the cast and crew on the awesome ratings for the great show!
