The film, based on the bestselling comic books, follows Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison, a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation. With an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he’s an unstoppable force –stronger than ever and able to heal instantly. But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too. Now, Ray doesn’t know what’s real and what’s not – but he’s on a mission to find out.

Guy Pearce, Eiza Gonzalez, Sam Heughan and Toby Kebbell also star in the film, in theaters on March 13, 2020.

Vin Diesel and Sam Heughan are starring in the debut trailer for Bloodshot!

Sam stars as Corporal Harlan ‘So Long’ Shifflet, with Eiza Gonzalez, Toby Kebbell, and Guy Pearce also starring.

The film hits theaters on February 21, 2020.

Sam Heughan Joins Vin Diesel in Superhero Movie 'Bloodshot

Sam Heughan has joined the cast of the upcoming movie Bloodshot opposite Vin Diesel!

Eiza Gonzalez and Michael Sheen have also landed roles in the upcoming film, based on the Valiant comic books, according to Variety.

The comic book is “about a mortally wounded soldier resurrected with cutting-edge nanotechnology and tasked with rounding up superpowered outcasts known as ‘harbingers.’”

No details have yet been revealed about the characters that the actors will play, but production is expected to begin in July.

Visual effects supervisor Dave Wilson will make his directing debut with the movie.
