Bob Hastings has passed away at the age of 89 following a fight with prostate cancer.
The actor was best known for his work on the hit sitcom McHale’s Navy as Lt. Elroy Carpenter. He died on Monday (June 30) at his home in Burbank, Calif.
Other projects that Bob was well known for include All in the Family as the bar owner Kelsey, The Munsters as The Raven, and various roles on the series Dennis The Menace.
Most recently, Bob has done voiceover work for Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures, as well as some Batman video games.
