John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston attend the 2013 Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre Gala on Saturday evening (August 24) in Los Angeles.

The 59-year-old actor reportedly got up on stage at the event to make a plea to save artists from drugs. There have been rumors that John was leaving Scientology, but it seems his presence at the event shoots them down.

Orange Is the New Black‘s Laura Prepon, Parenthood‘s Erika Christensen, Jenna Elfman and husband Bodhi, and Michael Pena were all spotted attending the gala that evening as well.

Bonnie Wright and Jacob Artist meet up on the red carpet at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 22-year-old Harry Potter actress and the 20-year-old Glee actor both attended parties on Oscars night for the first time!

“1st time in LA for the Oscars…. these three letters aren’t even enough but – wow!” Bonnie tweeted.

Jenna Elfman (with husband Bodhi Elfman) and Nia Vardalos (with husband Ian Gomez) were also in attendance at the party.

FYI: Jacob is wearing head-to-toe Armani. Nia is carrying a Daniel Swarovski clutch.
