It’s officially over for Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller.

The couple, who wed in 2008, previously signed a 43-page settlement document in May, TMZ reports.

According to the papers, the two will get joint legal custody of their 1-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob, with Brooke receiving primary physical custody.

She’ll also be getting $55,000 a month in child support, according to the settlement.

The news comes just a week after Charlie was hospitalized in New York City.

Check out Charlie Sheen‘s family Christmas card, which was sent out before he was arrested for assault on Christmas Day.

The left pic shows the 44-year-old TV star smiling alongside wife Brooke Mueller and their twin boys — Max and Bob — in Los Angeles. People reports that on the right side of the same card, Brooke‘s family poses together in Palm Beach.

The bottom of the card reads, “Happy Holidays From All of Us to You!”

Charlie Sheen was arrested Friday morning (December 25) and charged with second degree assault and menacing and criminal mischief in Aspen, Colorado, police said.

Charlie‘s rep, Stan Rosenfield, released a statement saying, “Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day.”

The 44-year-old actor, whose real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez, has been married to real estate investor Brooke Mueller since May. The couple welcomed twin sons born in March. Charlie has two young daughters with actress Denise Richards, and a teen daughter from his relationship with Paula Profit.

Charlie currently stars in the popular CBS comedy Two and a Half Men.
