Scarlett Johansson keeps it fierce while shooting scenes for her new film Captain America: The Winter Soldier on Monday (April 29) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old actress filmed scenes with her co-star Chris Evans, who confronted a villain.

Over the weekend, Scarlett was seen with Matthew McConaughey for a Dolce&Gabbana photo shoot in Malibu, while Chris was spotted escorting his girlfriend Minka Kelly to Jessica Alba‘s birthday party.

Mark your calendars, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is hitting theaters on April 4, 2014!

Scarlett Johansson rocks red hair while channeling her character Black Widow on the set of her new flick Captain America: The Winter Soldier on Tuesday (April 23) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old actress was joined on set by her co-star Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury.

Stanley Tucci has signed on as Dr. Abraham Erskine in Captain America: The First Avenger!

The 49-year-old actor, who most recently starred in Julie & Julia and The Lovely Bones, will star opposite Chris Evans in the franchise’s first film.

Dr. Erskine is a scientist behind Project Rebirth, an experiment that created Captain America!

Hayley Atwell and Sebastian Stan are also confirmed for the film! Captain America will hit theaters July 22, 2011.

Hayley Atwell has been cast as the love interest in the much-anticipated movie Captain America: The First Avenger (out July 2011) opposite Chris Evans.

The Duchess actress, who turned 28 last week, will play Peggy Carter (in the early comics, fell in love with Captain America while they fought together in the war effort). Marvel Studios says the character will be updated for the feature adaptation.

Joe Johnston will direct the film penned by Christopher Markus wnd Stephen McFeely. Filming begins in London this summer.
