Ellen Pompeo is all smiles in a blue dress while attending her Philosophy: Welcome to the Age of Cool event on Thursday (September 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 46-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star was joined at the event by Christina Milian and her sister Carmen, Garcelle Beauvais, Mario Lopez, and Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star Morgan Stewart.
