The 28-year-old Shameless star was joined at the event, which was sponsored by STK and VeeV Vodka, by JC Chasez, Kelly Rutherford, and founders Katie Warner Johnson and Caroline Gogolak.
Emmy came to support her best friend Katie! “Excited to celebrate my best friend’s company tonight. Happy Anniversary , @carbon38!” she tweeted.
