Celine Dion gives a thumbs up as she heads into an ear, nose, and throat specialist’s office on Tuesday (November 20) in Paris, France.

The 44-year-old singer just released the music video for her latest single “Le Miracle,” which is featured on her new album Sans attendre.

Celine Dion is fashionably chic in a Tom Ford silk blouse on the September 2012 issue of Vegas magazine.

Here is what the 44-year-old songstress had to share with the mag:

On what it is about her voice that captivates a good portion of the globe: “It’s not the voice, and I don’t think it’s the songs. I don’t think it’s the presence. But it could be the stability of my life. The craziest thing I’ve done is cut my hair blonde and short a couple of years ago. And people reached out to me saying, ‘Celine, you’re one of the most stable things we have in our lives, don’t do that. We want you the way you are.’”

On her crush on Adele: “I love literally everything about her. I love her extreme talent. I love her writing. Her songs come from the soul. She’s incredibly beautiful. And I think it’s very refreshing to see, and don’t get me wrong when I say this, somebody who is not looking extremely anorexic. It’s going to be bad when I meet her. I’m going to give her the biggest hug. I’m not kidding.”

On the initial skepticism of her plan to bring her show to Las Vegas over a decade ago: “When we came here the first time, the vibes were negative- ‘Oh my God- the Titanic is coming and its going to sink’…But, a lot of people were willing to bet a lot of money on me and to take a chance. Is there any better place to take a chance than Vegas?”

Here is what the 44-year-old singer had to share with the mag:

On her first promo shoot in six years: “I’m like this in my real life. I was scared a little bit because this was so different for me, but I’m glad I did it. Usually there’s always a reason when I do a photo shoot, there’s not the opportunity to go crazy. With this it was two in the morning and I was still jumping on the trampoline. In the house, in my normal life, we are always playing. It doesn’t seem this way on stage, but I’m playing a lot.”

On the late Whitney Houston: “I have always been scared of the industry. Why? Because I think it’s a place where anything is possible. It’s a ‘Yes’ place, especially if you have success. And then you think that you have family and friends, true friends. But sometimes the love of family isn’t strong enough to overcome. I was just in shock when Whitney’s life had been taken because of drugs. It’s a big loss for all of us.”

On motherhood: “I thought I had a life before, but until I was a mom, I had no idea. Why would I want a hit? Why would I want to win awards? There is nothing I can hope and wish for my career: I can just hope to be blessed as a mother for the rest of my life the way I am now. That’s the only nomination I want.”
