Charlie Sheen News, Pictures, and Videos
“Roughly four years ago, I suddenly found myself in the throws of a seismic and debilitating three-day cluster-migraine-like headache. I was emergently hospitalized with what I believed to be a brain tumor or perhaps some unknown pathology. I was partially correct. Following a battery of endless tests, that included a hideous spinal tap, it was sadly and shockingly revealed to me that I was, in fact, positive for HIV,” the 50-year-old actor wrote. “The news was a ‘mule kick’ to my soul. Those impossible words I absorbed and then tried to convince myself, that I was stuck, suspended, or even stranded inside some kind of alternate reality or nightmare, were to the absolute contrary. I was awake. It was true… reality.”
“Under the brilliant and perfect care of Dr. Robert Huizenga as well as ‘the’ leading infectious disease expert in the known universe, I began a rigorous and intensive treatment program. Not missing a beat, a med dose, or one shred of guidance, quickly my viral loads became undetectable. Like every other challenge in my life, again, I was victorious and kicking this disease’s ass. I wish my story had ended there. Unfortunately, for my family and myself, it had only just begun,” Charlie continued.

“He never said anything to me. I was his girlfriend, I lived with him. We were together. We had sex almost every day for a year with lambskin condoms, which do not protect…There were times we didn’t even use condoms, because it was only to prevent pregnancy,” Charlie‘s 29-year-old ex told The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday (November 17). “We were sleeping together every single night. He never said anything ever. ‘I’m clean,’ he said.”
“He would wake up all the time in the middle of the night complaining of these symptoms. And he would blame it on the steroids, just steroids that he took. A doctor came to the house all the time, and they would go into a room by themselves,” Bree continued. “I have not spoken to him in quite some time. I loved him, yes, he was my boyfriend. I left the industry for him, and I never went back.”
“I had spoken nothing but positive things about Charlie…but I am so upset. I couldn’t be more angry. I’ve been shaking, I’ve been crying,” Bree said, adding that she believes she was sleeping with him when he was diagnosed.
When asked what she would say if Charlie contacted her, she replied, “I would say ‘F–k you’ and hang up the phone.” Bree said she has come up clean in her HIV screenings.
“Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family,” Brooke‘s rep, Steve Honig, confirmed to Just Jared in a statement. “To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV-positive.”

Charlie Sheen sits with a smile while waiting to do his revealing Today show interview on Tuesday (November 17) in New York City.
The 50-year-old actor confirmed the onslaught of rumors that hit the web the day before. He has HIV and was diagnosed four years ago. Since being diagnosed, Charlie has paid “into the millions,” approximately 10 million dollars, to keep people silent who have threatened to come forward with his diagnosis.
Charlie also admitted that he’s going to work to find a cure. “If there was one guy on this planet to contract this, that’s going to deliver a cure, it’s me,” Charlie said during his interview.

While Charlie does have HIV, it has not progressed into AIDS.
“Charlie does not have AIDS,” the 50-year-old actor’s doctor said on the show, and proceeded to explain that “AIDS is a condition when the HIV virus markedly suppresses the immune system and you’re susceptible to rare, difficult cancers and infections. Charlie has none of those, he is healthy.”

Charlie Sheen just sat down for an interview on the Today show on Tuesday (November 17) where he confirmed he has HIV and wanted to clear up some rumors that have been spread in the media.
“I can only sit here with you and tell my truth,” the 50-year-old actor told Matt Lauer. “I’m not going to be the poster man for this, but I will not shun away from responsibilities.”
When asked about his ex-wives, Charlie said he made them aware of his diagnosis, which he first found out about in 2011. He just told his daughter Cassandra, 30, and said she did not take it well.
