It’s officially over for Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller.

The couple, who wed in 2008, previously signed a 43-page settlement document in May, TMZ reports.

According to the papers, the two will get joint legal custody of their 1-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob, with Brooke receiving primary physical custody.

She’ll also be getting $55,000 a month in child support, according to the settlement.

The news comes just a week after Charlie was hospitalized in New York City.

Charlie Sheen has been hospitalized in New York City after having an allergic reaction to medication.

The actor’s rep said that he expects Charlie to be released Wednesday (October 27).

However, a law enforcement official told the AP that Charlie was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation after police were informed that the 45-year-old actor had been throwing furniture around in his room at the Plaza Hotel around 2 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

The official stressed that Charlie had not been arrested but checked himself into the hospital to be evaluated.
