Charlie Sheen sent out a controversial tweet last night, asking god to take Donald Trump “next” amid all of the celebrity deaths this week.
The 51-year-old actor’s tweet came right after the death of Debbie Reynolds was announced, one day after the actress’ daughter Carrie Fisher died.
After getting some backlash for wishing death on the President-elect, Charlie took to Twitter to explain his tweet.

Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been in rehab since being hospitalized after going missing with her twin sons last month.
The 39-year-old actress went missing with her seven-year-old sons Bob and Max after an altercation at a bar.
She was then taken to a hospital for evaluation and has reportedly been in rehab since that time.
“She was in the hospital for a little bit. I do know she woke up in the hospital after detox and my mom asked her what she wanted to do at this point, and she was the one that said, ‘I want to go back into rehab, and I want to stay there for a while,’” Brooke‘s sister Sydney told ET.
She added that Brooke is “doing a lot better” and that she “doesn’t want to leave until she is [there for] a certain amount of time — totally sober with no temptations of any kind.”
Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Brooke Mueller was hospitalized after she was reported missing with their twin boys and now the actor is reacting to the ordeal with a poem.
The 51-year-old former Two and a Half Men actor released a statement in the form of a poem to People.
“In the face of a roughshod and polar moment of unsanctioned divide, sanity and certainty were restored with grace and resolve,” Charlie said.
“Immeasurable gratitude and love to a fellow yeoman of the apocalypse; sir Michael from that hamlet called Walters, need accept each and every Crimson palm-sting, as high fives rain upon his bitchen nobility, not just from this traveler, but from his safe and stable brood as well …,” he added.
Brooke‘s sons are doing “fine and with their nanny.”
Charlie Sheen‘s ex wife, Brooke Mueller, is currently hospitalized and under a psychiatric evaluation after reportedly going missing, according to TMZ.
The 39-year-old actress and her seven-year-old twin sons with Charlie – Bob and Max – reportedly went missing after an altercation at a bar on Wednesday (November 16) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
A source told People magazine that Brooke “went off her medication and is being treated for the issue now.”
Earlier today, it was reported that the Salt Lake City police department in was trying to find Brooke and her sons after she was last seen at a bar.
Brooke reportedly was barefoot as she, her sons, and a nanny entered a bar before Brooke got into an altercation with the nanny, causing someone to call the police.
State troopers later found Brooke and her sons safe in an SUV. She was then taken to a hospital as her kids were released to an undisclosed family member.
Back in 2011, Brooke was admitted into a rehab for the first after she was arrested for an alleged cocaine possession and assault. Earlier this year, Brooke checked into rehab again.
