The 32-year-old actor/musician was supported at the event by his Nashville co-stars Clare Bowen, Chip Esten, and Chris Carmack.
“Yeah, that was really exciting,” Jonathan recently said about performing one of his songs on the show. “I’d written it before Nashville came about, but it just seemed like the themes of the song fit the show really well. It was cool, because they started playing the song over a scene with Deacon and Rayna. This was towards the end of season one, I think, when they were getting back together.”
